Très bon séjour pour un couple. Chambre spacieuse avec jaccuzzi sur terasse (que quelques chambres dans l hotel) était parfaite. Pension complète avec des repas buffet. Personnel aimable, accueillant et serviable. Piscine bien équipée en transat et parasol.

Perfect tranquil location, excellent customer service

Lindo hotel familiar, lindo y relajado, pero ruidoso y nada lujoso. Esta a 10 minutos de la cala. La atención fue excelente en todo momento. La habitación si bien no era amplia, estaba limpia y con hermosa vista. La comida estaba bien y variada, aunque el comedor era muy ruidoso lleno de familias y chicos. Si se busca tranquilidad, no es una buena elección. Ahora si el plan es en familia y no te molestan los ruidos y la multitud, esta muy bien. La picina estaba llena de gente y el bar de la picina tenia mucha fila para pedir algo. El hotel esta muy moderno y lindo. A mi criterio tiene buena relación precio/calidad.

Equipe de funcionários prestativos. Ótimo café da manhã. Localização um pouco longe, mas para quem está de carro é excelente.

Cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. Food was good and varied for all meals. Pool area was nice and without a fight for a sunbed every day. The views over the bay are stunning, we will return again for sure.

A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. A couple of small cons.. rooms are very small and there is limited storage space. There are plenty of sunbeds but not always easy to find shade. All in all far more pros than cons and I would happily visit again

Hotel parfait pour un séjour tout en détente

Great resort, beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and really clean. The views are the best you can get! The food is really good quality. My only feedback would be that the drinks as part of the all inclusive are a bit of a let down and the pool is quite small. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

Air con was not good for first few days, but spoke to Reception and was sorted straight away. Breakfast and lunch were good, but thought evening meal could have been better. Pool area and sunbeds were really good. Plenty of beds and you didn’t have to fight for a spot. Beach was lovely. Easy walk down, but walk back with a pram was hard going. All in all would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child. All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support. Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families.

Notre séjour dans cet hotel a été parfait. Les espaces communs sont vraiment tres joliment décorés et chaleureux. L'ambiance y est paisible. Les chambres sont agréables, très propres et fonctionnelles. Le personnel est adorable. La proximité avec la plage est fort appréciable. Bref, nous avons adoré !

Très bel hôtel / très bon buffet mais service client déplorable. J’ai informé l’hôtel que mon fils était souffrant et ne voyagera pas avec nous. Il fallait donc l’enlever de la réservation. L’hôtel m’indique que c’est la responsabilité d Expedia Expedia me dit le contraire … j’ai donc du payer pour mon fils qui n’a pas voyagé malgré la fourniture d’un certificat médical et de mails envoyés en amont. Une véritable escroquerie
