当初、お湯が出なかったので対応をお願いしました。その後、お湯が出るようになったので良かったですが、設備の不備は多いです。値段見合った宿ではないと思います。

I booked a room at this hotel and paid by credit card before arrival on this website. The Hotels.com has already issued its recept and the amount has already been charged on my credit card. But when I checked out, the staff at the reception did not seem to fully understand that I had already paid, and tried to force me to pay again (I refused). There was no hot water in the bathroom, the water stopped two times in a week, the air conditioner did not work, the phone in my room was broken, and the Wifi did not work, either. I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and did not experience these problems at that time. The overall service and the condition of their rooms have clearly deteriorated since then (possibly due to the CIVID-19 situation). I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ich habe mich ausgesprochen wohl in Ihrem Hotel gefühlt. Es war eine sehr ausgewogene Mischung zwischen afrikanischem Flair und europäischem Komfort.

All was very nice. You Do Not have to change the towels every day and also the soap could be used several times.
