Good people and friendly

Hele mooie locatie. Grote kamers met prachtig uitzicht. Mooi zwembad. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met uitzondering van 1 van de mannen bij de parking die erg chagrijnig is. Heel vreemd dat als je met 4 personen boekt er slechts 2 ontbijten inclusief zijn. Truc van Expedia?

Great place, it makes a good get away for the weekend

We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque.

Excellent place, this is our second time staying here and it does not disappoint. We travel as a family so comfort, cleanliness and hospitality are important and they go above and beyond.

Amazing lake views + outstanding service. The lake view from the room alone was worth every penny, absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. David was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Drinks and breakfast at the bistro were highlights too. Griselda provided excellent, very polite and attentive service. Perfect spot for both an evening cocktail and morning coffee. Great place to stay if you are in the Santa Ana area or heading to the volcano. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Beautiful place, not much to do in that hotel, pool was dirty because it rained the night before, but what did for me was…. The water pump went out so i couldn’t shower the i day I stayed.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. The food was just ok. If you wanted the food brought to your room, you had to go downstairs to order it. There was no way to contact the front desk unless you walked there yourself. We were told we could do an early check in, but when we arrived our room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. They had coffee grounds and supplies available in the room, but no coffee pot. When asked, we were advised the pot had been broken and they didn’t have time to replace it yet. So we were not able to make ourselves coffee. Be prepared for stairs. It’s a lot of stairs, but worth it. The property is beautiful

We were so in love with this property! Everything from the location, the room, the service, the amenities were 100out of 10! Top notch and hands down to the staff being so caring, respectful, and super serviceable!

Cardeau Residence was truly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The lakefront views were absolutely breathtaking and the entire property felt so peaceful and relaxing. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite was immaculate, spacious, and had a huge balcony overlooking the lake,waking up to that view every morning felt unreal. The restaurant on site was amazing and every meal we had was delicious. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. From the stunning scenery to the cleanliness and hospitality, it was the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.

Staff friendly, the view is amazing you cannot take your eyes off the lake.
