The price was too high for what it offered. Despite being an airport hotel, it's impossible to walk from the airport to the hotel; the area seemed very dangerous. I tried to request a shuttle, but received no response. The room was large and had two bathrooms, but one of the showers had no hot water and the other had low water pressure. The internet was terrible, practically impossible to use. Breakfast was very poor and had very few options. Although they said it would open at 6:30, it started being set up at 6:40, making it difficult for those who needed to leave early.

O quarto é bem grande, estava limpo e organizado, comi um misto no restaurante que é uma delícia. Café da manhã é simples, mas estava gostoso, poderia ter opções de frutas. Acredito que seria ideal o hotel fazer o transfer dos clientes do aeroporto até o hotel e cobrar um pequeno custo do cliente. Infelizmente, apesar de ser um km de distância do aeroporto não tem como ir a pé. É perigoso.

The Hotel is ok, but has limited options for food

The rooms had only 1 towel, so we requested extra towels before going to dinner. When we came back, the towels were still not replaced. The shower was not working properly, making it difficult to wash. I reported before I left

The AC didn’t work except in the bedroom. The bathroom sink and floor was dirty. The main elevator didn’t work. You couldn’t get water and the staff doesn’t speak English.. way overpriced for the accommodations

Un peu moyen : L'état des chambres et généralement de l'hôtel, cest bien. Mais je suis arrivé à 22h, impossible de m'acheter la moindre bouteille d'eau, et encore moins manger. Pas de distributeur d'argent espèce. Bref galère. Le petit dej moyen.

It's fine for overnight lay over

he hotel was good. The stay was secure. And very close to the hotel. I was picked up from the international by the Anglo American driver. Going to the domestic flight, I walked. Its a 3 min walk. The breakfast was fresh and good.
