Nice place but, staff are one of the worst I’ve ever come across. Very unfriendly and unhelpful

Suite Azur is a beautiful modern hotel in the middle of the Médina of Essaouira. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk anywhere you want to go. Beware that the Médina is car-free, so packing lightly is encouraged. The streets are cobblestone and sometimes broken, so it was a lot of suitcase carrying for us. The breakfast is plentiful, the orange juice fresh squeezed, and hospitality was great. We did have a slight problem with our check in, mostly due to Hotels.com. When we arrived they said they did not have our reservation. After 15 minutes of back and forth, and no help from Hotels.com (only not responses, and no follow up) we eventually found the reservation as booked through Expedia. Just a heads up I’m case anyone else runs in to the same issue.

Très bon hôtel situé en pleine médina d’Essaouira. Le service est vraiment super, le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Un petit bémol : l’eau chaud et le chauffage ne sont pas encore au point.

Superbe hôtel. Décoration fantastique jusque dans les détails. Service impeccable. Petit déjeuner de rêve avec des œufs, des crêpes, des gâteaux, des fromages, des fruits... il ne manquait rien. Accueil très chaleureux avec the et biscuits. Corbeille de fruits et bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bien situé en plein dans la médina et au calme. Très belles terrasses pour profiter du soleil et des toits d’essaouira. A recommander. Merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse.
