모기장은 다 뜯겨있고! 직원들은 불친절하 최고로 불친절. 나는 여러나라를 다니고 아프리카 케냐에도 여러곳의 호텔을 이용했지만! 최악에 자신들이 뭐를 잘못하고 있는지도 모르고 거만한 대응을 했다. 너무 불쾌한 경험! 밤11시에 숙소에 들어갔지만 숙박에 대해 확인할수 없고, 자기들에게 돈을 입금하지 않아서 방을 줄수 없다고 버티다가! 겨우 방두개의 예약한것을 받았는데! 난 디스크환자라고, 아내는 다리에 종양이 있다고 말했음에도 4층 실제로는 5층 꼭대기 방을 배정해주고, 모기장도 무너져 있고 화장실도 너무 더러워서 숙박을 하지 않고 다른 호텔로 갔다. 밤에 호텔스 닷컴의 한국과 영어지원 전화연결을 시도해도 연결도 않되었다. 아프리카 케냐 몸바사에서 밤12시에 급하게 아내와 다른 숙소를 예약하고 찾아가는 아주 어렵고 불편한 경험을 격었다. 골드 회원이라고 안내할때는 고객응대 우선을 광고하더니! 우대는 커녕 비상 상황에 연결도 않된다.

Room dirty, bathroom uncleaned. I left hotel after first night. It was so dirty. Toothbrushing spots on bathroom mirror. Water not working, room uncleaned

Mosquitos came in the holes in the netting so was bitten during the night. Found a tick in my bed - also bitten by it. Found a cockroach in the room. Fan placement doesn’t allow for airflow to the bed so rooms are very warm.

I paid online and I had to pay on arrival, I paid twice.

Dirty room. Bathroom mirror and sink still have washing drops. Dirt everywhere: on table, windows

Toilets system lacked water. I had to change the room for this reason. Even after the change, the neXt room still had a similar problem, and I had to stay in this as I was tired and didn't want to move again.

Air conditioning was first class. Shower needed attention. Breakfast OK. very accommodating of special requests

The facilities are old, the personnel is kind but the sarea is very noisy due to the mosque.

This is an inexpensive hotel close to the airport. There is no AC. Staff are friendly.

Es un hotel perfecto para alojarte si tienes que viajar al dia siguiente, está muy cerca del aeropuerto internacional y de la estacion SGR de tren. Muy básico, pero como casi todos los hoteles en Kenia que no son de jujo.

Super Lage zum Flughafen

It was convenient to the airport and the school I was going to see.

Its okey for a night or 2,but not for more,alots of fly on the bathroom and hot, very noicy outside in the weekend because of churces and moscue. But nice people and good service, and a secure place. But a very bad view out to a trashy place outside...so you really need the curtains...good price !

This place is not a good hotel. First of all - I asked the reception staff to pick me up from the airport, they confirm it and Nobody came. I was waiting 45 minutes on the airport and took a taxi. Reception worker didnt react on my complains. He said that he didnt know. Rooms are very old and dirty.
