The hotel is in renovation, but do not let the main facade fool you as you may think the hotel is in ruin due to the construction. But once you go inside the hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff are amazing and they will give you the best recommendations. I was super happy when the booked a taxi to take me to Medhina Market and told me to be very careful with pickpocketing in the area. Also, how much the taxi should charge and not to let the taxi driver fool me cause I am a tourist. I will definitely will book with them next time.

There was no ocean view. Concierge said there are no rooms with Ocean View so it must be for apartment dwellers No hot water. We went to plug in water heater and the cord had wires exposed so we did not plug in. Bed was great room was clean and staff was excellent

Wir waren für 4 Nächte hier und fanden es schön. Wenn nicht gerade mitten in der Nacht Gäste einchecken ist es ruhig. Da eine kleine Moschee in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, kann man schon mal sehr früh geweckt werden. Wir schöafen mit Ohropax und haben es kaum gehört. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wie bei einem Französischen Frühstück zu erwarten: simple und klein. Es gibt kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Hotel liegt quasi an der Promande und man ist etwa zur Hälfte zwischen dem Leuchtturm und der Hassan-II.-Moschee. Taxi sind leicht zu finden, etwas pricey Restaurants sind direkt in der Straße. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, hell, sauber. Einzig der tägliche Wechsel von Handtüchern - egalob man sich an den Aufkleber am Spiegel hält oder nicht - mussnicht sein und man hat dann erstmal für 3h kein Handtuch wenn man da ist,da diese erst später ersetzt werden.

Chambres délabrées, pas pu nous doucher, attendu jusqu'à 1h du matin (avec deux enfants et deux personnes âgées) une solution mais aucune n a été trouvée.

Service personnel was great and let us feel always welcomed and appreciated. Any wish was accomplished. Breakfast was more and better than expected. Fried eggs missing but that was a minor issue. Pictures of the hotel are somewhat older. Actual status is still good/ok. Some area in the apartment need minor renovation. Area around the hotel is good with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM. Never felt unsafe. Entry to hotel parking not easy to find especially when arriving the first time during night time. Hotel reception helped immediately. Nice experience all in all.

Clean, modern decor, excellent amenities. Helpful with directions, bags, taxis, even a minor plumbing problem which was addressed very quickly. Friendly staff. Safe area. Near the water and cafes.

The property was very clean and well oriented, with 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. It had full kitchen and balcony area. The staff was kind, and accommodating. The hotel was in front of the coast and Hassan II Mosque. Beautiful weather as you would feel the breeze from the ocean.

Location is good with a nice restaurant at the front which also had great food and was open late. The rooms were clean and airy. Bathrooms immaculately clean.

Super hôtel rien à dire. Parking souterrain. Juste un bémol il est spécifié restaurant alors qu’il ne le font pas mais il y a 4 restaurants autour qui sauvent la mise si nous n’avons pas envie d’aller trop loin.

Déception, l’hôtel ne correspond pas au photos. Hôtel vieillissant qui aurait besoin d’un gros rafraîchissement. Pas d’équipement en chambre, absence de sèche cheveux et de lampe de chevet. Une seule prise électrique au niveau de la tête de lit et une seule table de nuit. Traces noirs sur les serviettes de bain. Pour ce prix on trouve de vrais hôtel avec piscine et plage privée sur la corniche. Arnaque touriste
