This hotel is great! I've stayed in several hotels in The Dalles and this one is by far the best! The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. I'll be staying here again for sure.

The room smells really good and very clean. Bed is comfortable. Serve good breakfast selection and I love their coffee, tea and hot water available 24/7 in the lobby.

Extra clean and comfortable

Liked that it was modern, clean and quiet.

Sleepless night because the hvac control system Does not allow the manual continuous fan selection. Every hard step above, in our hallway or the highway trucks, our parking lot guests cars slamming doirs, talking loud etc. Is very disturbing anoyances. Bring your own noise maker or sugnificant fan if you chose this site.

Street torn up but not a big deal

They were quick and polite, even late at night. They were willing to get a sack breakfast for an early checkout.

4 of us stayed in April 2025 and were very comfortable. Front desk gentleman was professional amd answered all questions. The hot breakfast was exceptional! Weve had many continental breakfasts while traveling but this one was top notch. Keep up the great work we will be back.

Excellent facility for a weary traveler. The breakfast selection surpassed my expectations by a ways.

The staff was friendly, our room was clean. I also really liked that they provided Dove products for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options for people with specific dietary needs. Coffee in the lobby was fresh ground, tasted really good and they provided a lot of options to add to your coffee as well.

Great location. Great winery and pub near by

I am a RN. I came in about 6pm after working a 18 hour shift. Then Drove a few hours. My plan was to sleep early. About 7:30pm I was woken by some one knocking loudly at my door. After several different knocks. I got up and looked out the peephole. The peephole was being covered by something on the outside of door and they continued to knock. I said hello. No answer. I called front desk. They were very kind and said they would come check. By the time they go there the knocker was gone. When he knocked I could see him out the peephole. I still didn’t open the door. He was very kind and courteous! He apologized and said maybe it was some kids or teens running in the hall. By then I was on the phone with my husband. I was a spooked. I really appreciate the staff he was so kind! But then I couldn’t sleep much. I was up by 4:30am and left the Hotel to drive another 3 hours to get to my destination. I had a horrible night sleep. The front desk was busy enough to have to employees at that time of night. My husband tried several times to speak to someone and kept being placed on hold for long periods. If someone had been able to get to my room sooner they would have been able to speak to the person knocking at my door it went on for at least 10 minutes. Thank you!
