This was my 2nd time that I have stayed at Palm Hotel (the 1st. time...I stayed for 29 days). The staff (Christine, Cynthia, and Florence were wonderful and very professional. I Highly recommend staying here.

Great stay at Palm Airport Suites! The location is perfect for airport access, and the area feels safe and quiet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were friendly and made everything easy, especially with transport and check-in. Solid, affordable option—I’d definitely stay again.

Room was clean, breakfast was very nice. Tv had a couple of channels only. Airport shuttle is way more expensive than Uber.

Excellent food and staff

The entire staff (Christine, Cynthia, and Florence) were extremely professional and inviting. Such a hidden gem and very relaxing. Christine and I went to the local market so that I can buy grocery items. They extended their kitchen to me. Christine and I made homemade spaghetti, lots of mixed veggies, and meatballs. I would definitely recommend Palm!!!

The accommodations were basic (but suitable for the price) and the staff was amazing and went out of their way to be helpful!

What an amazing experience. After airport strike. This place was heaven sent. Christina was AMAZING. pick up and drop off at airport and the food was absolutely amazing (made fresh and prepared on request.

We loved our stay: great staff, comfortable room, close to the airport.

The staff were able to receive me late at night. The staff also prepared breakfast early in the morning as I had requested. Their rooms were clean, and the beds had mosquito nets. It is essential to coordinate with the suites in advance if you are flying in to ensure easy transportation to the suites.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The staff were very friendly and professional. Very convenient to airport for the late flight. I would recommend to everyone. Thanks staff for a delicious breakfast.

The girls cooked for me and itwas delicious. The staff was accommodating. We had a bit of difficulty finding our driver at the airport. Bed and pollow was comfortable.

The host was very friendly but the facilities were incredibly basic and without even the most fundamental amenities. No breakfast available.

Good airport pick up

The property is very neat, clean and very quiet. The staff was super friendly. Wi-Fi worked excellently. The property is isolated and the road is bumpy getting too it. Breakfast was excellent. Freshly cooked served.
