Elevator was completely out for multiple days, no room cleaning service, limited breakfast often finishing fast and not refilled, read fine print for check in times especially during weekends and holidays.

Keep the pool open 24/7. Have someone at the receptionist desk all the time. Nobody answers the phone when you call. I tried contacting someone prior to arriving and no one answered me. Their fans to keep the room cool were terrible. Might as well not have one for each room. My family and I were horribly hot the entire time we stayed. Maybe don’t advertise Air Conditioning. Felt like I got scammed.

Room was never cleaned once during 5 night stay.

Quelques traces d'usure dans la chambre. Tâche sur la baignoire et rideau troué. Pas de petit déjeuner avant 8h30 car pb technique... mais formation qui démarre plus tôt. Pas d'information donnée si ce n'est qu'une simple affiche posée proche de la réception. Alors que ce dernier a été facturé. Prestation (piscine, jacuzzi, hammam) top.

le plus: la piscine, bien agréable, la proximité du centre ville et de la gare, chambre propre, calme, le télé avec grand écran. Le moins: vaisselle succincte, réception ouverte à certaines heures, (bagagerie inaccessible entre 12h et 15h, 17h le dimanche, donc pas pratique)

Séjour agréable à Nancy pour le weekend. Très bien tenu, dispose d'une piscine ce qui est un plus. Non loin de la gare. Je recommande

Que c est dommage que les chambres soient mal insonorisées . Cette impression de vivre avec la fenêtre ouverte et de subir chaque véhicule dans la rue . Sinon, c est propre , c est moyennement équipé ( pas de bouilloire ! Et juste des couverts pour deux ) . L accueil est très sympa . Le gros gros plus : le parking couvert avec des places correctes pour les monospaces .

Réception et hôtel fermés dans la journée (attention aux horaires d'arrivée...) communs et chambre propre et bien équipés, hôtel calme mais literie moyenne, comme le reste du standing et surtout un quartier peu avenant et très bruyant (trains, voitures avec bruit de rodéo, voire hélicoptère pour le CHU) avec peu de réduction du bruit par les fenêtres 1 seule pastille lave vaisselle pour 5 nuits (pensez à amener les vôtres) et pas de ménage si plusieurs nuits

If you are looking for a place that feels almost disconnected from human presence, this is it—there is no in-person check-in, as everything is handled by phone. It was not clearly communicated that arriving in the evening could mean having no parking available. After a five-hour drive, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. with two children and discovered there was no parking on-site. We had to park on the street and ensure the car was moved before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. While moving a car is not unusual, when traveling with children, having on-site parking and flexibility is important—especially since this was one of the reasons I chose this property. The accommodation itself was overall fine; however, the complete absence of human customer service was quite surprising. Arriving at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday does not seem particularly late, yet access required calling a French phone number. While I personally have a French number, I felt uncomfortable thinking about international guests who may not and would still need to call a local number just to enter the property. If you are seeking comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this would not be the right place. If, on the other hand, you value privacy and minimal to no human interaction, this accommodation may suit you well. Thanks @solelynds

Chambre impeccable et personnel courtois

Explications donner par sms pour accédez à l’hôtel et à la chambre en absence de receptionniste. Très propre. Belle chambre, SPA propre. On reviendra.

Appartement spacieux, petit déjeuner varié, personnel accueillant et sympathique

Résidence en plein centre à prix acceptable. Avec un parking souterrain. À 12€. Pour 24 heures. Un bon accueil. Mais studio un pemorose glauque.

Well set up for a family break, the kitchen facilities worked well for us as a family. The best part of the hotel, is the heated indoor pool. Parking also is convenient, although, you have to pay first before being able to enter the parking.
