근처에 먹을 곳이 별로 없어요. 하이라이프는 걸어서 5분 거리에 있어요. 주차는 호텔 뒤에 가려져 있어서 좀 불편해요. 호텔 정문으로는 차가 거의 안 막혀요.

위치는 조용하며 멀리 떨어진 곳에서 음식을 찾고 있는 경우 체크아웃하고 반납하려면 1,000NT의 보증금을 내야 합니다. 그런데 직원분께서 충전기를 놓치고 바로 돌려주셔서 솔직하게 말씀해주셨어요

방이 넓어요. 샤워도 완벽해요. 여기 머무는 걸 좋아해요 😍.

Accommodating staff. Clean and comfy rooms. Good location.

Room is big but the internet didn't work at all. Room was not cleaned everyday. It will be very helpful if the staff can speak a little English.

Room is clean and spacious. Food is great. 30-45 mins from Taoyuan International Airport (T1). Near from Zhongli station, from there MRT Routes are accessible including train going to Taipei. No nearby restaurants and food stalls. One of the staff at front desk was not so approachable. We got confused on how the policy on "Check-in time request" is being implemented because we were not accommodated during our request check-in at 2:30AM. Instead, they asked us to pay fees for early check-in. Our question is why would they allow customers to include their preferred time of checking in if they would not be accommodated? Also, they should have included on the site a hotel fee matrix for those opting to check-in earlier than 2PM.
