Hotel is in a very nice good location. People are very kind and hospital. There’s a nightclub in the place. That’s very popular. And the noise of the music makes it all all the way up to the ninth floor as my only complaint. Otherwise a good experience

El trato de los empleados del lobby es excepcional! El hotel es muy lindo. Lo único malo es que las cajas fuertes no están empotradas en la pared y que en las noches de eventos se escucha mucho ruido de música. El buffet debería ser más variado pues estuvimos dos días y se me hizo lo mimos. No obstante me gustó y sin volvería! Mi habitación fue con vista al mar.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! They have a club in the hotel which is upscale I was not able to go since I was tired after a day of running errands in the City of Santo Domingo. Overall a nice place to stay if you’re in the City.

Even though it’s at the soft opening stage, our room was not fully cleaned. There were hairs on shower head, dust/hair balls near the rug by the bed, the faucet and shower unit’s coating were partially peeled off. One of the back door’s coat hook was missing, and the cleaning staff even put a sheet of tissue underneath the plastic cup near the sink, which seemed truly weird. The breakfast was ok, the restaurant is dated. The view of the pool and the coastline is nice. Our oceanfront room on 12th floor had an unbeatable view which made all the things mentioned above tolerable. If it was only for one night, it’s ok.

I went there on a day where there was an event which meant I couldn't have dinner on the rooftop. Additionally, there were no towels in my room, the sink was clocked and the water to shower in was too cold. So it wasn't the best but it's a stunning hotel

Great service, the room was super clean and the staff extremely friendly! Breakfast had a loooot of options and it was super tasty! We all loved it!

Un hotel pequeño pero lindo. No teníamos toallas de baño. La sábanas estaban manchadas y cuando se llamó para que subieran toallas, subieron una toalla y éramos dos personas.

Nice hotel

Its a very nice spot, location location. Rooms are big and nice shower, a bit empty, however the view compensates all! Breakfast was nice. Restaurant for dinner very expensive and not very good. Rest fantastic

The hotel was very nice, it’s pretty new, so it’s very clean and organized, they were doing a hotel commercial during my stay so I had to work around it.

My experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the valet attendant if he could assist me with the valet service, but he simply responded “no.” As a result, I had to park my own car, which defeats the purpose of having valet parking available. In addition, the security staff were arrogant and unprofessional. Their attitude was rude, and they showed very poor customer service skills The only positive part of my stay was the check-in agent, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated.
