Las dos habitaciones que reservamos o falló el el extractor del baño o no existe, por lo que de alguna manera se complicó el uso del espejo ya que se empañó en su totalidad y una habitación tenía un olor un poco desagradable.

The property is new; room was clean; plenty water; very good location in Guaymas. We preferred to eat breakfast somewhere else. Wifi in the room was slow. We could not watch the world cup in our room because they could not help us to fix the TV, so we had to go downstairs in the lobby to watch.

Muy extraño que no sirviera la terminal para pagar la tarifa. Tuve que pagar en efectivo. Eso me dio cierta inseguridad, pues yo ya tenía mi método de pago definitivo. Al cliente antes de mi, si le aceptaron el pago via terminal.

The toilet on the first room we got was not clean. They gave us a second room which had a terrible smell. The third one was ok but the mattress was hard as stone, on the breakfast we heard others complaining about the mattress as well.

El desayuno se me hizo bien, solo que si hace falta limpieza y que este un poco caliente porque no lo estaba y hacia falta utensilio para la comida . El estacionamiento se me hizo bien.

The room smelled kind of bad but it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was good. I usually stay here and the smell isn’t a usual issue

Good location, area was safe and the hotel was up to expectations. Price was reasonable.
