The room is dirty and the water of bath contained a lot of sands and dust. Temperature of water was not be able to be controled (I had to wash my face and tooth with very hot water I can't touch). When I check out, a receptionist and manager requested paying accomodation fee to me. I explained I have paid through Hotels.com with the payment receipt, and a receptionist confirmed when I checked in, they just repeatedly insisted they didn't receive any resevation and payment. I have faced the similar situation in Ethiopia as the hotel industry is not so mature, but this time is the worst because of their rude attitude. I don't recommend to stay at this hotel. The location is convenient.

The Reception girls and all the staff including the guards are very polite friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and specious. But the area is noisy at nite time. Next door there is a wonderful pastry (French). Nice cake and capuchino.

I booked this hotel for my employer to attend a conference, and paid for the stay in full through the booking website. Upon checking out, my employer was told by the receptionist that the bill had not yet been paid, so she paid the bill in cash. Only on her return did we realize that we had double paid. I wrote to the manager and explained the mistake, and he apologized and offered to reimburse us for the amount. After sending the details he requested, we heard no more. All emails were bounced back undelivered, even the telephone numbers were disconnected. We doubt that this hotel still exists. If it does, we recommend not to use it.
