스위트룸 2박이었는데 테라스까지 있어 주변 경치를 볼수 있어서 좋았고 객실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 너무 친절했습니다. 500M 거리에 Trindade 지하철과 버스 노선이 있어 주변 관광지 접근성이 넘 좋아요.조금만 더가면 포르토 시청사와 맥도널드,랠리서점,상벤투역이 있어요.

중심가에서는 조금 떨어져 있지만 이동이 편리하고 주변 조용해서 좋습니다. 걸어서 20분 정도면 왠만한 주요지역은 다 커버되고 지하철 역과도 가깝습니다. 걸어다니며 구경하고, 저녁에 숙소에 돌아 올때 지하철이면 딱이네요

Enjoyed our stay in this modern & very clean Hotel. Within walking distance of some of Porto’s tourist attraction's. Would definitely stay there again.

Exelente Hotel. Con todo lo necesario ya sea para un viaje de negocio o de placer con la familia, exelente todo, hay secador de pelo. Plancha y mesa para planchar. Ay caja fuerte, shampoo, acondicionador, body wash, hasta crema para el cuerpo, y enchufes del que quieras , sin dudas el Mejor hotel en Portugal.

Nice hotel, walking distance to many places. Modern, good food.

This hotel is very modern and has mood lighting and a lot of cool tech features in the room. AC works well and is very quiet. The shower even has a button rest to turn it on instead of twisting knobs. I would 100% stay at this property again. It’s probably the most tech filled property I’ve ever stayed at.

It's more like a love hotel. I know it's a Europe thing but it's horrible that the AC are controlled by them. It was 23 degrees Celsius in our room. We used our portable fans while sleeping. The fridge was also warm. The water bottle gets cooler when you leave them outside the fridge.

Helt ok hotell. Noe kloakklukt på rommet fra dusjen, ikke mulig med vanlig farge på lys. Ellers komfortabelt med god resturant og hyggelig bar.

La estadia fue muy agradable, un gran comienzo para el periplo que hicimos por Portugal, España e Italia, el personal del hotel amistoso y muy eficiente, las instalaciones i mejorables, con una vista preciosa de la ciudad. Gracias al equipo Yotel Porto por hacenos sentir en casa .

Modernes Hotel mit großem Verbesserungspotenzial! Check-In am Automaten hat nicht funktioniert, Mitarbeiter musste gerufen werden der manuell Check-In vorgenommen hat. Straßen- und Metrolärm leider die ganze Zeit Tag und Nacht zu hören, da das Schallschutzfenster sich nicht richtig schließen ließ! Dringende Nachjustierung erforderlich! Ebenso die Glastüren des WC´s und der Dusche beide ließen sich nicht ganz schließen, was bei der Dusche zu Nässe im Vorraum führte. Frühstücksbuffet und dortiges Personal für ein Sternehotel einwandfrei. Rooftop konnte nicht besichtigt werden da mit der Zimmerkarte die 9. Etage nicht erreicht werden konnte.

Wonderful hotel great location really comfortable rooms very quiet and cosy

I booked four nights at this hotel in Porto as a Rewards Gold member with Hotels.com, expecting benefits like early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrades. I emailed the hotel a day before arrival to request early check-in, but received a brief response stating it depended on availability. Upon arrival, I was told my room would be ready in an hour, but I waited over 1.5 hours and got my room at the original check-in time of 3 pm. Regarding the room upgrade, I received an email the day before arrival suggesting I could pay for an upgrade. I hoped my Rewards Gold status would secure a complimentary upgrade, but the room I received was on the 3rd floor with a noisy road outside. The toilet was smelly, and the air quality was poor. I requested a different room and was moved to a quieter ground floor room with a view of a grey wall and a strong chlorine smell. Overall, my experience with this hotel was poor. I suggest looking elsewhere, as it seems the hotel does not value Hotels.com customers. If they do not want to honor Rewards Gold benefits, they should reconsider their partnership with the platform.

La seule chose qu’il devrait améliorer est le réfrigérateur car il est aussi chaud que de mettre sur l’eau sur la table meme après avoir demander de faire la maintenance requis. Avec les température actuelle l’eau est agréable lorsqu’elle est refroidi.

The hotel has reasonable service for a 4-star hotel, as it claims to be. Only one electric kettle in the room, no tea or coffee bags! No water at reception for guests who arrive in the heat... they can certainly improve in this regard!

Nice modern hotel with great food, good location, helpful staff.

The reception lady can be replaced or her attitude toward guests can be improved. When I checked and tried to pay the tourist tax via credit card, the handheld device didn't read my card right away, so an error message prompted. I apologized, but the reception lady was in a bad mood and gave me a big disappointed sign, then yanked my card from my hand ( not a good way to welcome a guest if you ask me). By the way, I didn't think twice about booking this hotel because I had stayed in the Yotel in Edinburgh before, and the experience from check-in to check-out was fantastic. All the amenities were great. The hot water maker and fridge were available, which was great if you were staying longer. I was able to store fruits and yogurt for my late-night snacks. The room was great and appropriately cleaned every night.
