Bad condition, a lot of stuff was broken.

una verguenza, no cambiaban las sabanas, no daban agua caliente, apagaban en termotanque, estuvimos un dia si agua y nadie se hizo cargo, una verguenza!!!!!!!

Kind staff, clean room. The big problem is that the hotel is not in the village as the location say, it’s on the other side of the river super far.
