위치가 좋고, 직원도 친절하며, 객실도 깨끗합니다.

스위트룸으로 업그레이드하면 매일 아침 커피나 차 2잔을 무료로 제공해요. 엠포리움 몰 바로 건너편에 있어서 위치가 정말 좋고, 호텔과 세벨 1 빌딩이 있어요. 엠포리움 몰까지 셔틀 서비스가 제공되고, 직원들이 친절해요. 모든 게 훌륭했어요. 👍 꼭 다시 올 거예요.

This hotel and ibis is side by side hence if you are calling for grab the location would appear as mercure ibis. Just next to the hotel is a 7-11 store convenient to stock up as needed. Outside the hotel along the streets also has a couple of massage places to choose from. BTS can be access through emporium without the need to climb stairs from the outside. Good selection of food in both emporium and EmQuartier! The cons would be the lift is not air conditioned and not all lifts serves high floor. Adjusting the shower temperature can be challenging, personally I find it either too hot/cold. Not forgetting the traffic jams into the hotel if taking taxi in/out. It's always bottle neck at the exit of the hotel and when turning out to the Main Street. Also Sukhumvit is a heavily congested road. Is always peak hours!

The location was amazing with massage parlors, shopping malls, eateries and the BTS within walking distance of less than 5 minutes. The room is big enough for 2 people and was clean. The staffs from the check in counter to the cleaner were very helpful and friendly. During our stay, we were lucky to offer to attend their monthly cocktail reception. Their General Manager, Mr. Nikolay Stoyanov and Front Office Manager took their time off their busy schedule to mingle and talk to us. On our last day before we returned, Mr. Nikolay saw us amid his lunch appointment and came over to say good bye to us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mercure and hope we will be able to return to this hospitable hotel,

Very good location. Short walking distance to BTS, malls and a public park. Very good selection for breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at Mercure. Staffs are nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Amazing view city night. Five star vote 👏.

The room is spacious, clean and comfy. One things missing was tooth brush and pasta:) Breakfast was quite good. Overall, the rate of hotel service is well done.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The room was great, the bed is the most comfy. Only comments on the supply of tissue was not good preparation. And water system need to be fixed and improve. I turned on hot level but it was still cold.
