The room is so clean and this place is so nearby from Katymills that it's a great place to walk. Breakfast is not provided, but you can buy it separately on the first floor.

This was my 2nd stay here because the first time was amazing but this most recent time sucked ! Towels were stained stayed there for 4 days and never got room cleaned or new sheets even with the sign on the door. room service phone didn’t work front desk told us we couldn’t get towels because they weren’t washed until 2…never got them. Sheets were stained and there was barely even hand soap available.

We ordered the room with the breakfast and we never received the breakfast. There is no breakfast area.

Overall it was good.

Great first impression as I was "guest of the day"! Clean, nice and quiet hotel for my stay. Loved it!

No AC in the lobby. The AC in the room kept going in and out. Front service was horrible. No one ever picks up the phone. They are under staffed with the cleaning people. The beds are stained and nasty. There were sugar ants in the room. Lastly, there is no storage for your clothes or things. Just a weird open spaced room. I would never stay at an Aloft again!!

The person that checked me in was not very helpful and made the check in process a lot harder than it should have been.

No water bottle in the room. Staff said they would bring but never did. The shower water pressure is soooooo low that it does not feel like showering. Hot water took about 10 mins. Elevator stop working due to electrical issue. The room felt old and out of style. Cracked walls.

This was a terrible property. Fridge and hair dryer in room broken. Lights didn’t work. Pillows were quite literally flat. Floors were dirty.

The staff was really sweet and welcoming. I did try to reach the front desk via room phone twice during my visit, and the line kept ringing. When I went down to the lobby, there was always a person in the front check-in/check-out area or the office behind it so I don't understand why the phone wasn't being picked up. I also wanted my room refreshed, but never got the option for that to happen until I asked the front desk receptionist why. I was informed that my room was not scheduled for one that day unless I requested that. I let the receptionist know that I was not given that information, and he said he could just hand me some towels. I politely asked him if they could be delivered to my room, and he confirmed that they could. When I got back to my room (4 hours later), there were no fresh towels. The "breakfast" is a 4-inch microwavable "burrito" that you can get from the gas station. I paid $8 per day for that, and you only get one with some Pace Salsa. If I didn't get breakfast included with my stay, I would have to pay $10/ item for that - not worth it. I stayed here about 6 months ago and enjoyed my stay. The breakfast then was a buffet and looked really good, so I was hoping to enjoy that this time around. Regardless of the staff being kind, the price I paid for what I got was not worth it, especially in this economy - $211 for two nights + $8 a day for breakfast. I will be looking for other places on my next visit.

The room bathroom needs a sliding door. There is no privacy when you are getting out the shower. The Wlevator was broken and I am still waiting for my deposit on one from one of the rooms

Too bad

The Services room not good. No clean room, the front staff not polite. They charge us more 9$ per person for two people , but I paid extra 6$ per person when I checked out with Expedia. I never comeback this hotel.
