fast easy check in, super clean, enjoyed amenities

Exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and so helpful. We were in town for a concert and they were very helpful in telling us how to get to the stadium on the trolley. The next day, we were asked how the concert was. The room was very nice as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Clean, Quiet, and Safe.

The Westin never disappoints. Always smells great, is clean and has wonderful staff. Loved James in the restaurant at breakfast.

we had to come for an emergency. Checked in at 3AM. Hotel staff was amazing and helpful. I will come back. Clean, friendly, beautiful place.

Everyone at the Westin was friendly and helpful. The parking valet team and restaurant servers were especially helpful and accomodating.

We came in to go to MD Anderson. Very nice and everyone was very helpful!

Nice property. Bed very comfortable. Loved the scent of the toiletries. Parking astronomical, but understand that's not on the hotel and probably how the medical district continues to grow.

My shower was clogged throughout my stay I complained numerous times and nothing has been done. Might think twice about staying at this property next time I’m in Houston.

Absolutely fantastic facility, for a great price. Location is nice, outside of the hustle of downtown Houston. The amenities are fantastic down to the infused water at the entry as you wait for your valet
