The rooftop restaurant and pool were breathtaking and the food was great. My room was spacious and the views from my balcony were great. The staff were helpful and very nice as well.

Mi estadía en el hotel incluyó el desayuno. El desayuno buffet es muy bueno y variado. El área del rooftop tiene una vista espectacular. Mi habitación fue la más económica y aunque es un poco pequena, contiene todo lo necesario para una estadia agradable y segura. La cama es súper cómoda. El hotel es muy limpio y la atención del personal es ecepcional. La ubicacion en el poblado es perfecta, con restaurantes, tiendas y discotecas super cerca, a los cuales se puede llegar a pie. Lo único que cambiaria sería la música del rooftop, debería ser más variada y latina. Si regreso a Medellín me vuelvo a quedar en Heaven sin dudarlo.

Rooftop bar was the only reason I stayed in this hotel. Food at rooftop bar is amazing and price is good as well. Service at rooftop bar is also pretty good. Breakfast which is included is not up to the standards. Hotel charges for all other amenities i.e. shower cap. I have been to many hotels and resorts and never seen hotel is charging for bathroom amenities.

Biggest Issue is the 11 story tiny tower has only 1 Elevator for staff and guests. Long wait

I liked the design of the hotel. The roof top pool, bar and restaurant was nice. I wasn't a big fan of the floors in the rooms. Everything else was nice.

Second time staying at the Haven. First time was phenomenal. This time around, the elevator was out of commission for almost two half days. A true inconvenience especially when your room is in the 8th floor. Staff is always good and on it.

The rooftop pool is the place to be. Had an amazing time from day one. Great location. My room was very quiet. Hotel is very secure and social. Note: If you book a Double Plus room for the little extra space, you think you will get a small couch area. Apparently those rooms do not have a balcony, no big deal. But they also have balcony rooms without the couch area which look like regular Double rooms. They really should create a new category for Double Balcony rooms so people can book what they want. Check in was very difficult because they were trying to convince me that my Plus room wasn't supposed to have a couch or the extra little space. They eventually switched reservations and gave me a Plus room with a couch instead of a balcony. Very happy after that.

Other than the elevator not working a couple of times and i had to walk to the 7th floor a couple of times before they fixed it, it was a cool spot.

Congested elevator, cumbersome check in and check out process, uncomfortable pillow. Good situation if you don't mind the noise. Not quite worth the price.

We have stayed there 3 times in the last 14 months. We absolutely love the hotel and staff. Last trip we brought in a large group where we occupied about 8 rooms and everyone loved it.

I always have a great stay at Haven. Everyone is always really nice to me.
