Landed at midnight local time so wanted a hotel near the airport. Just off the main highway and friendly and helpful staff. Great shower to start the day.

That only 1 thing that i did not like from this hotel in amman jordan, was that i had reserved and paid for a non-smoking room for 7 nights, and i accommodated in a smoking room/floor, i beleive that all the rooms/floora are allowed smoking inside and outside the rooms/floors.

Very swanky hotel. Nice staff. Breakfast is included but we had an early morning departure. So front desk offered to make us a packed breakfast that we could take with us @ 0500.

Overall if is a great hotel, I have never understood the construction concept where there are lips at doorways vs a threshold. Toe killer when stumbling around at night. The staff was great, very accommodating especially after coming in late from an international flight. The rooms were clean, the halls were quiet, the hotel itself is actually quite impressive to pull up to at night all lit up and shining like a diamond. I will stay there again for sure, quick ride to the airport which makes it super convenient for travelers.

Can use some upgrades.

Arrived very late (early am) after 27 hr trip. Hotel was very responsive and made sure I had a driver to pick me up. Hotel is 5 mins from airport. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. Will stay here again before outbound flight.

The condition of the bathroom was not healthy

This was our fourth time here but safe to say it’s the worst. Facility manger failed to cooperate and house keeping did a terrible job at cleaning

Séjour très décevant, pas de piscine extérieure. Juste un spa où les hommes et les femmes doivent être absolument séparés. Même les enfants de leur mère. Petit déjeuner médiocre, tarif du restaurant exorbitant, chambre avec vue sur un mur bruit toute la nuit car mariage. Mon conseil passer votre chemin.

It was definitely a 5 star hotel. Clean, beautiful, and excellent service. Room service meal was delicious. Restaurant attached, along with a pool and fool spa offering everhhting you could want and need. Thank you Opal Hotel Amman for the relaxing and unforgettable stay.
