room was nice, clean but since I stayed on the 5th floor, it'll be ridiculously hot without aircond on. even when I touched the wall it was hot. during check out, the concierge asked me to pay him 1500 bath because he saw a white stain on the sofa, he insisted it was sp****, while in fact it was the powdery stuff from my surgical gloves. (i was wearing surgical gloves while packing my stuffs) I told him it was powder from the gloves, and and showed him that I even have it on my pants and around my hands. so I took out my wet wipes and clean it, and it was clean. and he wanted me to pay him 500 bath cos he needs to dry the sofa. then he asked me to pick up the trash from the trash bin in my room, and ask me to bring it with me and throw it outside. then I decided to record a video and he stops and returned my passport. then he shouted at me and cursing me in thai language. I don't know what kind of service is this, service of trying to bully the customer. never in my life been asked from someone from the hotel to throw my trash outside of the hotel, he even asked me to make up the bed. I recommend you guys to fin other place than this. to be fair, some people may find this place lovely, but after what happened I won't comeback here ever again. and I will tell my friends and everyone who is coming to bangkok to avoid this place.
