Não tivemos a percepção de trata-se de um sistema de hospedagem de hotel. Parece um condomínio de apartamentos, com serviço de limpeza e um pequeno café da manhã. Não há recepção 24 horas (não vimos funcionários pela noite), e pouco controle de entrada e saída das pessoas. Além disso, os funcionários não falam inglês.

Amaka Calma Tulum is a very nice hotel to spend some time while in Tulum. Located in calm Veletta district with lots of restaurants and kiosks nearby. The 7 nights stay was all in all very good.

We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates. The downside was that it seems to connect to the room next door with a wood sliding door, you could hear and smell everything happening next door, it didn’t feel private. The hotel staff is really good and responsive. The location is perfect between the tulum downtown and the beach, parking and great restaurants walking distance. Overall good experience, comfortable bed and room, the shared pool was great after a day exploring.

Un lindo lugar a precio accesible

L’appartement est super, fidèle aux photos, grand, propre et le site est enchanteur. Il y a une réception pour l’accueil, donc très facile et un bon déjeuner servi le matin inclut avec les frais. Les seuls bémols sont que les employés ne parlent que très peu en anglais, donc il faut se débrouiller un peu en espagnol pour échanger et sinon c’est seulement le gym qui est désuet. Pour accéder, il faut s’attendre à emprunter des routes non pavées, c’est donc un peu bruyant et poussiéreux, par contre il y a plusieurs restaurants et bars très charmants à distance de marche, vraiment un bel endroit à découvrir!

Hospedaje muy agradable con servicios excelentes. Es de fácil acceso y a 5 calles se encuentra una base de minivans que facilita la movilidad hacia diversos lugares turísticos. El desayuno incluido fue satisfactorio y la alberca tenía un estilo único que destaca en el lugar. Recomendado ampliamente si se busca un lugar tranquilo para relajarse.

The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Don't listen to the review's that are bad as they are just complainers and probably complain everywhere they stay. All the staff are trying there very best to make your stay as great as possible. Beautiful place and highly recommend. For the price and what you get it is very reasonable.

Nice hotel with free parking and free beach club access to their sister hotel. Pool could be cleaner. Breakfast nice but limited choice.
