Generally, we really appreciate this facility! On this visit, however three dings: One of two elevators was out - highly inconvenient. We were promised three keys at front desk - only got two. And the room only had two Kleenex remaining in the box. Small matters but somewhat uncharacteristic but irritating nonetheless !

Very clean, nice size room Janay was so professional and nice

The property is clean and smells very good. The room is spacious, and has all the amenities. I wish the pool is indoors and service a little better. Our room was never cleaned even after I put a request.And,could there be more options for the breakfast place. Overall, amazing experience.

Friendly staff, breakfast depleted quickly elevator next to room broken

Greeted by friendly staff at front desk, sparkly clean property. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Easy access to car park. Very quiet corridor. Great amenities such as dinners and groceries. Will stat again!

Nice stay , very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay.

The staff is amazing I honestly forgot their names but all of them were amazing! The room is neat and clean & my whole floor seemed really quiet. They have a pool which my kids love and even a basketball court which I didn't use but I noticed so I will have to use next time I visit. It’s close to Target and many restaurants and gas stations. There is a few things I think they could improve. First is they need a hot tub that would have made my stay way easier because the kids kept dragging me into the cool pool and I would prefer the hot tub and usually when there is a hot tub my kids just jump back and forth so I can relax. The second thing is that the bed closer to the window in room 320 on the corner seems to be falling down and not stable could become an issue if not fixed. Thirdly they should add the Hulu app to their tv I was sad it didn’t have it and I wanted to watch my show which I didn’t have a chance to because of it. Even with these minor adjustments I felt like the property and staff were top notch. I will come back again soon.

It was a wonderful stay the place was clean the people at the front desk were super nice friendly and very helpful. I highly suggest this hotel

The reception was excellent. The food was not all that great

Great property when you need a bit more than a bed in a hotel. Very clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The hotel allowed a later checkout and was quick to respond to all issues.

Nice place to stay!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff for sure. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, boiled potatoes, Waffle station, off course other things like bread/butter/jam, cereals etc etc.

Great, reasonably priced property with all of the home necessities

The hotel was conveniently located off of Highway 50, but far enough away that the freeway noise was undetectable. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and to both me and my senior dog. There were plenty of walkways around the area to explore the surroundings and so that my dog could do her business. I felt very safe in the hotel because of their key lock system. I will definitely be back and thanks for the early check-in!

Key takeaways: The staff was very friendly. I felt like my car was secure because of the security guard in the parking lot. I was able to charge my EV at the hotel; breakfast was good for the price of my stay; but, McDonald's is also directly across the street.

Property and rooms are great. The whole hotel smells amazing, lobby, hallways and elevator. Like there’s a perfect scent pumping through the vents. I loved it. Beds aren’t the most comfortable but that’s okay. Front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was great. I’ll start again.
