Very nice vacation apartment, the balcony is large with a fantastic view over the Bay of Kotor with the majestic mountains behind. Several farm animals nearby give it a very calm and serene vibe complementing the city life in the old town just a 7-10 minute walk away. Goran (owner) is easygoing and very helpfull for trips and transfer, driving us himself if no other drivers are available. He is also very Quick to respond to messages. Fantastic location for a couple looking to relax while having the culture and Nature of Montenegro very close by. Would absolutely recommend a stay here if availabe while visiting Kotor!

Me and my daughter spent a week at this beautiful place with this wonderful family. They are all very kind, helpful and give you tips for your vacation. They can also arrange transfer back and forth to Dubrovnik airport at a reasonable amount of euros. We absolutely loved our stay at Kotor, Montenegro and at the apartments Lazarevic. This is a fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped property owned by a lovely, welcoming family. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to montenegro! The view from the balcony is Amazing and we.spent.many evenings watching the sun set and taking in the view. Kotor is a 10-15 minute walk, yes its a steep hill on the way back - wear comfy shoes. The whole country is very mountainous; ) On our departure we were invited into the hosts home for a little food and drink - what a lovely send off! We were so grateful for their hospitality. We would love to return one day and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this apartment to all of our friends and family. Thankyou !

Ok room, quite close to the center/old town. There was a nice donkey and other farm animals in the other side of the road. The kitchen utencils were quite worn and we couldn't find the remote for the tv or disheashing liquid for the dishwasher. Washing machine was a nice extra and it worked well.

This was very nice apartment with beautuful view to kotor bay and it fulfill all of our requirements. It wasn't new house but everything worked well. Everything was within walking distace and there was good parkingspace inside the yard. Special thanks for hosts for hospitality.

The equipment in the apartment is more than enough. You can feel yourself at home. The bay view from the balcony was picturesque and we liked spending some of our time there chatting. Goran and his family are friendly and easy going people and they were ready to assist us whenever we ask something. The apartment was clean and comfy. The price of the beautiful scenery over looking the bay is the apartment is a bit up on a hill. Would definitely recommend.

Sauber und gut ausgestattet mit traumhafter Aussicht. Man ist in ca. 10min zu Fuß in der Altstadt, aber der Rückweg ist doppelt so lang :)

What a beautiful stay my husband and I had here. Goran is such a fabulous host and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The apartment has a beautiful view over looking the bay and has all you could want for your stay. The apartment was very comfortable and just a short 10 minute walk to old town. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 7 nights and everything was great. We were picked up from the airport and recieved wine for welcoming gift. Manager Goran was very nice and helpful and you could ask him anything. Apartment was clean and spacious. From the terrace was an amazing view over the Kotor bay. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

We had a wonderful stay is such a friendly and welcoming setting - everything you'd wish for and more! The hosts Goran & Dragana will make your stay relaxing and stress free. If you need some advice on what do to locally - they'll be the first to reccomemnd you where to go and what to do. On top of that they're forthcoming with advice on what to avoid, especially typical tourists traps. Altogether, we loved our holiday and would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed a week with The Lazarevic family and it was amazing! The apartment was clean, well equipped and located in a quiet, non-turisty mountain area. Only a 15 minute walk from the beach, grocery shopping and Old Town. The view of the bay was beautiful, and the hospitality from Goran and rest of The Lazarevic family was above and beyond. I would recommend it to everybody!

The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed sitting outside and taking it all in. The manager Goran is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
