객실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 위치도 대로변에 있어서 좋았고 관광지와 가까워서 좋았어요. 무료버스인 001번이 지나가는 위치라 더욱 좋았습니다. 화장실이 다소 좁고, 문이 유리로 되어 있어 이 점이 다소 아쉬웠고 샤워실에 수도꼭지 쓰는 법이 다소 어려웠습니다. 물은 첫날만 제공하고, 이 후에는 채워주지는 않았어요.

책상이 없고 방돚그렇지만 욕실이 너믜 좁아요. 그리고 체크아웃 조금만 늦어도 추가비용 내라고 요구하네요. 물론 정시에 체아웃 해야하는게 기본이지만..

The room was good and the hotel itself was in a central location on the Gran Via. Plenty to see and do nearby. Easy transport options. When we arrived to the hotel, the room wasn't ready and we couldnt checkin until 30minutes after checkin. The first morning there was no hot water, this was fixed and not an issue for the remaining days of the holiday and we were offered free breakfast for one of the days. The room was clean and had what we needed. Except would be good to have a bathroom door or curtain - the shower door is see through glass and only frosted for the toilet...
