전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Sana

우선 씨티텍스가 1박에 무려 20유로씩 추가징수하구요. 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 히터도 안들어왔어요. 첫날 밤에 안나오길래 리셉션에 물어봤더니 해줄수있는게없다고ㅋㅋ 이불이나 더 달라고해서 덮고잤는데 다음날 히터이제 될거라더니 안되서 또 그냥잤네요. 주차도 호텔 앞에다가 하는게 아니고 한 50미터 더 가서 풀이자라는 가라지에 두라고하고. 식사도 뭐 그냥그냥입니다. 10시까지인데 늦게가면 리필도안해줘요. 위치는 좋아요. 관광지와 가까워서 다니기는좋은데. 음식추천 및 대부분의 서비스에서 이게 4성급이 맞나 라는 생각이 무지무지 듭니다. 한국분들은 가능하면 다른 곳 이용 하시길 추천드리고.. 시설은 방은 작구요. 나름 모던한 디자인의 호텔은 맞습니다. 제가 왠만하면 거의 대부분호텔 만점드리고 다니는데 여긴 서비스 0점이에요. 참고하세요~~!

Niisy, bring your earplugs, cramped tiny room not very clean, polluted area. The saving grace was the staff who gave me a lemon hot tea in the middle of the night

Small nice hotel in Sarajevo Old Town. Perfect location, clean, nice breakfast and helpful staff. Possibility to park a car if booked in advance. Very good value for money.

Lovely hotel close to old town Sarajevo that has modern amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I had during my stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I highly recommend Hotel Sana for the staff, breakfast and proximity to the old town.

Konunu itibari ile çok güzel bir otel. Temiz, görevliler ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Gayet temiz, rahat bir oteldi. Kahvaltısı açık büfeydi ve güzeldi. Çalışanlardan sadece bir tanesinden emin olamadım ama diğerleri baya ilgili ve tatlılardı. Konforlu ve temiz bir odaydı. Merkeze yakındı. Ben çok sevdim. Tekrar gidersem yine konaklarım diye düşünüyorum :)

Temiz bir otel. Uçuşumda sıkıntı çıkmasına rağmen bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi.

Fantastic staff and service. It is very close to the old city, which is amazing. The room is very clean, but the decor is outdated. Breakfast was very good.

Gayet uygun ve hesaplı bir oteldi memnun kaldım

Un cattivo odore ci ha fatto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno! L’addetta alla reception, già al corrente della problematica, non ha potuto fare altro che fornirci un deodorante per ambienti. L’hotel era sold out. Personale freddo e poco presente. Un vero peccato perché la struttura è veramente bella e pulita…

Excellent hotel,wonderful staff. Would hoghly recommend hotel for anyone considering travelling to Sarajevo.
