Good location and a clean hotel

리마 방문시 매번 이용하는 호텔입니다 위치 좋고 깨끗하며 직원분들이 너무 친절합니다

There is a nothing special VIP service. And tax issue is still unsolved that I am not admitted to pay due to VISA letting me stay for max 6 months. Besides that kind of experience, room is a neat and clean!

Ótimo lugar! Não fica perto de miraflores, mas de Uber levamos 10minutos. Quarto mega confortável, café da manhã sensacional. Aproveitamos e almoçamos no restaurante e adoramos. Ficamos só 1 noite, mas voltaria com certeza

Need to improve the hospitality at reception with some receptionist women. Sometimes a rude behaviour and will be good to add more people on duty as sometimes get crowded ar the lobby

First time we say the night food at restauran very bad. But manager on duty solved as he offer to use the apology and did not charge the food that we didn't eat. Me. Alfredo the manager on duty very good. The waitress people not so good as not good service.

Chef Luis amazing food. General manger of the hotel, Mr.Bruno. Always very attentive to any request. Good stay.
