They don't answer all the calls from customers. Never Never go there.

Place was undergoing fumigation and this was not mentioned at Checkin. Almost all rooms were covered in insecticide. No Air conditioning in living rooms .

Stay for a night, Christmas Day was quite noisy due to a neighbour playing very loud music

Fin stor leilighet, fine bad blant annet med godt trykk i dusjen. Dynetrekk og laken var litt møkkete på den ene sengen. Veldig god frokost (som kostet ekstra). Grei service

The hotel is central, the apartments are nice and I liked their restaurant.

Quiet and reasonable daily rates

This is the second time I have been to these apartments and Iam always greatfull for the amazing services I recieve.My only problem is the cost for a night but other than that look no other.Speke apartments are the best

Good costumer services

I had booked three nights, I had to check out after the first night. This place is filthy! Losing the money for the extra two nights was worth it. No refund, but at least I found a much better place. Not going going back .

Good stay No complaints

The check in process was pretty smooth, food and a bar was available, but not used. Room was very clean, and A/C was COLD! Bed was a bit stiff, and while the apartment was very nice it was bare. Only the minimum items, one bar of soap, no small towels, no extra. Overall a nice stay.

They made me pay even if I had paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com is working on a refund for me

Easy access to the property and it is clean

Very friendly staff & clean. It would be nice if the lady at reception was welcoming other than that I did enjoy my stay at the apartment. Management were so friendly and helpful.

took forever to confirm booking and checkin since the staff on duty did not seem to know what to do

I booked the hotel via Expedia and made payment a couple of days before my travel. When , I arrived to Kampala, I took an Uber to go to the apartments. I was so surprised to find that that the apartments were still under construction. I tried reaching out to Expedia - they were not helpful at all. One and a half hours later the Manager of the apartments called me. He told me that he had instructed Expedia to remove the hotel from the site and did not understand why they had not done so. He also mentioned that he manages a couple of other apartments in Kampala and gave me an offer to stay at Kampala Boulevards Suites at the same rate - which I did.
