There were 2 issues with this place. The first was their amenities were old. Their TV did not work the entire time we were there. On our last day, a technician showed up trying to fix the TV to no avail. The other issue is that they had no shuttle to the airport as advertised. That was a total lie. Other than those 2 issue, it was an OKAY place.

Great place, amazing people 😄

I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. But the staff were all super nice and helpful. The people in Zanzibar are pretty nice and fantastic though, so there’s that.

It was okay. I did not expect the Hilton. The wifi the AC worked, there was hot water. Clean. No lift, that was okay for me. The breakfast at the rooftop is fair, nothing special. Opposite to the hotel there is a bank, ATMs. There is also a mall not far away, and a business center, where you can buy SIM. The Darajani Street is a few steps away which leads you to old town.
