전반적으로 괜찮았는데, 방음이 안 좋아요. 왜 밤 10시 이후에 조심하라 하는지 알겠어요. 건넛방 대화소리, 바깥 차소리 다 들리더라고요. 그리고 화장실 2개인데, 방이 많아서 다 사용하고 있을 때가 있어요. 그래서 화장실 빠른 선점 중요합니다.

게스트하우스가 깨끗하지 않습니다. 침구에서 냄새가 나고 아파트로 올라가는 계단이 몹시 어둡습니다. 그리고 가장불편한점은 체크아웃후 짐을 보관할수 없습니다.

친구 Cándido Carrello Melón에게 리스본 2박을 예약을 해주었는데~ 11/14일 당일 밤10시이전에 도착해야한다고 해서 시간마추어 도착, 방키를 받았으나 방이 더러워서 아예 사용할수가 없어서 예약한 2박을 1박도 사용하지 못했어요~ ㅠㅠ 이럴 경우 어떻게 하나요? 환불불가 조건으로 했지만, 숙박업소측의 불성실한 서비스를 감내 해야하나요?

The place is well maintained and clean all the time. The location is very convenient as well.

My apologies if I got her name wrong, but our host, Emily, was absolutely wonderful and so friendly! During check-in, she was incredibly thorough and explained everything in detail. The rooms were spotless and exactly as promised. The bathroom and kitchen were also exceptionally clean, even though we didn’t end up using the kitchen during our stay.

Warm hospitality . Disliking shared bathroom.

Emilia (the manager) was very friendly and polite would recommend her a 100 times

Emilia was super friendly and helpful. She was a great communicator and waited for me upon arrival. The reason I gave this guest house a poor overview review was due to the terrible noise. There is extremely poor sound control and you can hear every drop of a pin from the room in the hallway which makes it impossible to get a decent nights sleep. So if you are one of those that sleeps like a log, it’s great and no complaints but otherwise I would not recommend it.

Gostei muito. Excelente localização, tudo limpinho. Só mesmo a escadaria do prédio é que estava com cheiro de mofo ou madeira deteriorada, por ser antigo mas a acomodação em si, era bem limpa. Recomendo que as roupas de cama sejam de cores claras pra dar impressão de ainda mais limpas. A senhorita que cuida do guest house era muito simpática e solícita também, me recebeu bem. Próximo ao Amoreiras Shopping, restaurantes e boas padarias. Amei ficar lá. Obrigada!

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed. The location is a little further out from the main attractions, so we ended up getting taxis most places. However, they were inexpensive and easy to book online, so this wasn’t a major issue for us. There were no windows in the room, which made mornings feel a bit enclosed. The main downside for us was the lack of soundproofing. Our room was next to the kitchen and we could hear everything, even small noises like someone stirring a drink. Although the other guests were very considerate, we were woken up frequently, especially when people used the bathroom, and unfortunately didn’t manage to get a full night’s sleep during our stay. It did feel like there wasn’t much privacy because of this. The bathrooms and kitchen were always clean and it looked like they were mopped regularly. The room appeared clean when we arrived, although our bedding wasn’t changed during the week. We were out most of the time, so cleaning may have taken place while we were out. We did need to use an extra blanket from the wardrobe as the room was quite cold, and it didn’t have a cover, which made us slightly unsure about using it, though that may just be something we’re more used to in the UK. Overall, the host was kind and the space itself was comfortable, but the noise and lack of soundproofing made it difficult for us to fully relax.

The room was clean, incely furnished and everything worked, in a nice neighborhood with cafes etc.

入り口の玄関のドアの窓が割れて他の住人さんがあら大変と騒いでいました。客室は暖房なかったです。鍵はかなり昔のタイプの鍵でなかなか開けるのに苦労しました。私の滞在のアパートメントエリアは静かでしたが、上の階から降りてくる住人さんの階段の足音がかなり響いてました。近くにスーパーもあり過ごしやすいです。浴室や台所もキレイでした。
