전반적으로 괜찮았는데, 방음이 안 좋아요. 왜 밤 10시 이후에 조심하라 하는지 알겠어요. 건넛방 대화소리, 바깥 차소리 다 들리더라고요. 그리고 화장실 2개인데, 방이 많아서 다 사용하고 있을 때가 있어요. 그래서 화장실 빠른 선점 중요합니다.

게스트하우스가 깨끗하지 않습니다. 침구에서 냄새가 나고 아파트로 올라가는 계단이 몹시 어둡습니다. 그리고 가장불편한점은 체크아웃후 짐을 보관할수 없습니다.

친구 Cándido Carrello Melón에게 리스본 2박을 예약을 해주었는데~ 11/14일 당일 밤10시이전에 도착해야한다고 해서 시간마추어 도착, 방키를 받았으나 방이 더러워서 아예 사용할수가 없어서 예약한 2박을 1박도 사용하지 못했어요~ ㅠㅠ 이럴 경우 어떻게 하나요? 환불불가 조건으로 했지만, 숙박업소측의 불성실한 서비스를 감내 해야하나요?

We had a wonderful stay, Emília was fantastic. Our beds were clean and comfy. The location is good. We walked into downtown takes about 1 hour.

Very nice guesthouse and Emilia was so helpful, friendly, and hospitable. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are always kept clean and I have no complaints.

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich sauber! Viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Ich habe in einem Einzelzimmer übernachtet, welches lediglich ein Fenster in den Flur, nicht nach draußen hat. Dadurch bekommt man dort alles mit, da die anderen Gäste eher laut waren. Und etwas frische Luft wäre natürlich auch angenehm. Das scheint aber das einzige Zimmer dieser Art zu sein. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden!

The guest house is well located with easy access to bus and metro services. There are a few good restaurants nearby as well. Both the room and the shared bathrooms were clean. Overall we had a great time at Guest House Amoreiras.

Tout simplement parfait, très accueillant

Emilia was terrifically responsive, kind and helpful. The neighborhood is both traditional and in renovation (check and see if construction might be underway nearby) with close access to grocery, cafes and transport. Walk to Lisbon Miradouro, EVII park and Marques de Pombal.

Way below what we had expected as well as it was difficult to get there

Bus stop 2 mins away, metro 15 mins away but it would be walking uphill. A big shopping mall Amoreiras Shopping mall very close by, 5 mins walk only . Guest house is located on first floor, it’s ok even no lift . The host Emilia was excellent. She made you feel like home. I stayed one night in room no.4. There is a small window facing the corridor , so when the lights in the corridor were on, the whole room would be bright and a bit noisy when people passing by . But the room was comfortable. Also, have two bathrooms to share in the guest house which was good. Some local restaurants around or a big food court in the shopping centre. I think it’s worth for money though location is not the best.
