Excellent condition. Clean. Centrally located. Problem with check-in wrong contact number on hotels.com had to google the correct one.

Cleanness of the accommodation: dust balls and cobwebs around. Downstairs bedroom door very hard to close. One shower gel bottle was dysfunctional (tap didn’t work), and the bottle cannot be removed from their wall attachment for pouring. Attention: only one bedroom is closed, the other one upstairs is opened to the mezzanine, with impossibility to block the sun light from the main room. On day 2, a technician entered the apartment unannounced while my wife was coming out of the bathroom (fortunately covered). The manager admitted there was a mistake from their side as they believed the apt was not occupied that day (might explain the lack of cleaning), but refused any compensation for the intrusion (we’re talking about a one-hour technical intervention, not a cleaning lady flying through to change the towels). This was a strong disruption of the quietness of our stay. Definitely not worth using the word “prestige”.

Modern flat ideally located. Food shopping and restaurants at walking distance. The only thing which was missing is that if you want to cook you have to buy absolutely everything (cooking oil, diswashing…)

Really nice modern apartment in very central location. Decent size and kitchen equipped enough for preparing breakfast and simple meals. Staff and cleaning team were very helpful.

A well located apartment for the old town of Wroclaw. We were not told about the parking arrangements despite asking when initially booking. I asked about this at check in and we were told there was parking but it was an extra charge. This should be told to guests. The apartment was lovely and had the benefit of air conditioning after a warm day. A few things in the room did not work. The tv did not work at all and nor did the light in the bedroom. When settling down for the night, we switched the lights off and there was a bright constant flashing light coming from the intercom system. We tried to rectify this but couldn’t stop it: There were a lot of different codes to remember to get into the building etc but we made sure we had these all on our phones.

We loved staying here, the apartment was clean and modern. The apartment had everything you could need including toiletries and kitchen supplies. We didn’t receive any communication explaining we needed to go to a different building to gain access but the sign on the door explained this and it was only a short walk away. The apartment was only a few minutes walk to the main areas of Wroclaw and close by to restaurants and corner shops. If we return to Wroclaw we would definitely want to stay here.
