전체 평가 및 리뷰 Wyndham Acmar Hotel

이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 경험을 했습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 세심했으며, 필요한 모든 것을 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 매우 편안했고, 긴 하루를 보낸 후 최고의 휴식을 취할 수 있는 침대도 있었습니다. 호텔 전체의 분위기는 차분하고 아늑해서 휴식을 취하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 숙박에 매우 만족했고, 앞으로도 꼭 다시 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다.

가격대비 만족도가 높고 직원들이 친절합니다

직원들은 매우 친절하고 배려심이 많았습니다. 특히 인턴은 예약이 꽉 찬 시기에 저와 제 가족이 연결된 객실을 찾을 수 있도록 도와주었습니다. 호텔 로비의 화려한 좌석들이 정말 마음에 듭니다. 다음에 윈덤 애크마 호텔에서 스테이케이션을 할 수 있기를 기대합니다.

좋은 호텔이고 깨끗하고 가격도 적당했습니다. 다른 중심지와의 거리도 괜찮습니다.

방은 크고 깨끗하며 직원들은 친절합니다. 가격 대비 만족합니다.

Absolutely perfect and will repeat for sure.

The staff is damn rude. No manners at all. I'm the customer and he knock the door room very hard while I'm sleeping and chase me out from the room. Require to extend he say no but call reception they say ok. What service is this?

I was given a corner room which has no view except for empty corridor and the corner room is quite small compared to the others. For breakfast, it is quite disappointed. I stay on Saturday which was weekend but the choice of menu is very limited. Drinks were okay. No sausages at all and they replaced it with chicken slice. I was expecting more since their hitea buffet is fantastic. Staffs are okay and welcoming.

The room is newly renovated, clean & comfortable. Design is also nice. Highly recommended, value for money.

Beautiful & large lobby. Room was spacious, clean and new looking. Exactly what we were looking for in Klang at reasonable rates. Certainly the best Hotel I have come across in Klang. We had a fixed banquet at the Chinese restaurant on the 1st floor and it was excellent food and top class service. Easy to get most places by using Grab taxis. Only problem was the access road because every car I travelled in just about missed the turn off due to inadequate signage & lack of warning.

Hotel is nice just in the room facilities, the floor in the toilet is slippery, and the carpet inside our bedroom was not to clean. But all the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Staff hotel sangat baik dan ramah. Penginapan kami 2 malam di sini sangat memuaskan. Secara keseluruhan semuanya terbaik kecuali pendingin hawa bilik tak cukup sejuk. Walaupun kami dah minta untuk tukar ke bilik lain, tetap juga hadapi masalah yang sama. keadaan bilik agak berbahang walaupun kipas aircond berbunyi kuat.
