Was in poor condition and dirty. Not matching photos on display and in poor repair.

This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed at. The entire facility was unsanitary. The lobby, hallways, the room. The manager offered to upgrade my room and the second room was worse than the first. Dirty bedsheets, bathrooms, living room etc. the TVs didn't work, refrigerator didn't work.

This is one of the nicer hotels in the price range. The location is pretty good, the rooms are HUGE, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in Bahrain. I had trouble with the satellite and found the electrical outlet placement annoying. However, that is not a real reason to complain. I would definitely stay here again with friends. Good price, location, good staff. The kitchen was well stocked, and the staff was helpful with finding me a corkscrew.

I put my clothes over the sheets and pillows to avoid direct contact or possible contamination. The bathroom was full of mildew and smelled of sewage. The windows and sofa was dirty. The refrigerator did not work. The toilet ran all night. The shower curtain was nasty. I could go on. I wanted to check out, but had a late check in and early flight. Worst experience ever.
