전체 평가 및 리뷰 Fitz Roy Hosteria de Montaña

호텔 시설이 최소한 수 십년이 지난 아주 낡은 호텔이다. 객실 문과 화장실 문은 너무 낡았고 수리가 전혀 이루어지지 않았다. 그래서 문을 열 때마다 삐거덕 거리는 소리가 복도 끝까지 크게 들렸다. 뿐만 아니라 방음 시설이 전혀 되어 있지 않아서 밤에는 10미터 이상 떨어진 객실에서 대화하는 소리가 들릴 정도였다. 인터넷 속도는 한국인이라면 너무 느려서 속이 터질 지경이다. 인터넷은 로비에서만 가능하고 객실에서는 거의 연결이 안된다. 차를 렌트했을 경우 도로에서 호텔 입구로 들어가는 길은 도로 턱이 높았으며 매우 좋지 않다. 다만 이 호텔의 좋은 접은 침대가 안락하고 편안했으며 온수가 잘 나오고, 로비가 넓어서 좋았다는 것이다. Este es un hotel muy antiguo con instalaciones que tienen al menos varias décadas de antigüedad. La puerta de la habitación y del baño eran muy viejas y no habían sido reparadas en absoluto. Entonces, cada vez que abría la puerta, se escuchaba un fuerte crujido hasta el final del pasillo. Además, no había ningún tipo de insonorización, por lo que por la noche se podían escuchar conversaciones desde habitaciones a más de 10 metros de distancia. La velocidad de Internet es tan lenta que los coreanos se sentirán mareados. Internet sólo está disponible en el vestíbulo y rara vez está disponible en las habitaciones. Si alquila un coche, el camino desde la carretera hasta la entrada del hotel es muy alto y no muy bueno. Sin embargo, lo bueno de este hotel fue que las bonitas camas plegables eran bonitas y cómodas, el agua caliente funcionaba bien y el vestíbulo era espacioso.

Wonderful stay in El Chalten! Good location to trekker. Staffs are so friendly. Especially, Genesis helped me a lot. I highly recommend.

C'est un bon hôtel, appartement nouveau, simple, mais confortable.

Outside looked so so ,inside was suitable The room had no wi fi ,television,with a toilet that ran most of the time and a hard bed. The main problem is the hallway to the rooms was acoustical horrible,all sounds traveled to the inside of room ,extremely noisy.It reminded me of a dormitory. I considered it a bad stay.

Breakfast was very good, loved the fruit salad. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. Common area was a nice space to gather, especially as the weather was really challenging. Good wifi in the common areas but none in the rooms. Would have liked wifi in the room for video calls to family at home, but, otherwise it was fine. They offer box lunches for hikers. Lots of good restaurants close by. Close to hiking trails.

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive! The views from the lounge are breathtaking. The back patio area is quiet and peaceful with views of the mountains. It’s also close to the trails, shopping and restaurants!

Buen lugar para salir a hacer trekking, el personal nos explicó la zona y sugirió actividades apropiadas para el clima de los días, lugar bueno, excelente personal.

We loved the studio. Very private and cozy. Was perfect for our stay in El Chalten. Good breakfast and a big bed.

Um bom lugar, ótima localização na rua principal, ótima vista, o quarto é bom e tem ar condicionado. Os atendentes são solicitos. Apenas tivemos um problema com o chuveiro após 10h de trilha, e levaram horas pra resolver, sem nenhuma solução alternativa. Fora isso, o papel higiênico é péssimo. E achei caro, mas está de acordo com o preço da região.

Desayuno delicioso, comodo, limpio, apto para familias, seguro, personal muy cordial nos ayudaron mucho . Gracias!!

The hotel is in the center of town, close to Everything. The staff is super helpful, including being able to give excellent advice for hiking options. The breakfast is amazing, buffet style, including meats, cheeses, vegetables, a fresh fruit salad, deserts, coffee teas, everything! The rooms are fairly simple but convenient.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, tiene unas vistas hermosas! La estancia incluye desayuno buffet bien surtido. El personal de recepción fue amable y agrable. El único inconveniente fué que nos tocó la habitación del final y nos dijeron que ahí tenía otra red de Wi-fi donde la conexión era mejor. Sin embargo los últimos 2 días se desconectó y al reportarlo solo nos dijeron que si queríamos usáramos la red de la recepción misma que no llegaba a la habitación.

Service was top notch. Breakfast was appropriate and plentiful. Very close to center of town restaurants/bars/shops and walking distance to all hiking. Didn’t stay in the room much but water was hot, pressure good, bed comfortable. Not super fancy but a definite step up from basic.
