staying is not bad but they did terrible work. and they have not apologize to me terrible work means, they send my invoice to other person who i knew i dont know how can this hotel know that person and why they sent my invoice to that person, and why they didnt say sorry to me even though i complaint terrible service mind i need to visit this country every two months, but i dont want to stay this hotel anymore

hele fijne accomadatie, hier en daar wat gedateerd en onder houd nodig, bijv. badkamer (muur, wcrol houder, zeep dispensers, kraan, vloer). Badkamer is ook erg klein, je kan niet de deur openen en in de badkamer staan zonder zelf je in een hoekje te drukken om de deur te sluiten. Vloeren in de kamer mogen beter schoongemaakt worden, bijvoorbeeld onder de bedden en de bank in de executive room. De rand van het zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig alsmede de grasmat die outdated is, niet heel hygienisch en niet passend bij de steeds modernere look die Torarica krijgt. Zwembad mag overdag ook iets meer schoongehouden worden, zit snel vol met insecten, haren en ander viezigheid. Ook het wandelpad richting het prieeltje op het water buiten heeft uitstekende planken waar je over valt. En als je over de brug wandelt en naar beneden kijkt zie je overal afval liggen.

Vriendelijk personeel dat erg behulpzaam is.

I always enjoy my stay here and the staff are awesome and courteous and the sauna a plus. My only issues are that i really think the hotel needs to change its carpets as they give off a smell as they are old and worn. The amount i paid for printing was also exorbitant.

Fijne kamer, schoon en goed geslapen; ondanks geluidsoverlast in de avond van club a/d overkant. Ontbijt in ruimte, wat vroeger de casino was, is ongezellig. Zit helemaal afgesloten van zonnige weer. Verstopt in hoekje. Jammer :-(

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Torarica Resort. De kamer was schoon, ruim en comfortabel. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we ons direct welkom voelden. De faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en alles is goed onderhouden. Ook de sfeer en ligging van het resort maakten ons verblijf extra prettig. Absoluut een aanrader en wij komen graag terug.

First off this is the only hotel i stay at when ever i visit Suriname, which have been quite a few times. This is the first time i ever had any problem with the hotel. On the day of arrival i got a call from one of the hotel staff informing me my room is not available and ask if i can stay at the Eco Torarica for one night and will transfer me back at the Torarica the next day .I agree . Upon arrival the Eco had no information about my transfer. Spend over 20min sorting that out only to be told i have to go the Royal Torarica. Ok arrival there only to be told they have no information also about my referral. Long story short they finally give me a room . My problem with all of this is me wasting all this timegoing from hotel to hotel if only they were better communication between the hotels. Mind me i had already booked and paid for my room way in advance. And for all the inconveniences not even an apology

overall not bad. however when I thought i had paid for the property from expedia and everything was handled, i had to pay at the property. Added to the fact that it held back the check in as i got in at 11.00 pm .

They were cleaning everyday. I felt safe & secure. A lot of things to do
