정보에는 호텔처럼 설명되어 있으나 여긴 방만을 사용하고 화장실은 밖에 있는 share house 개념이고 방은 지하에 있음. 날씨가 쌀쌀했는데 난방이 제대로 되지 않고 창문도 열려있어 너무 추웠음(창문이 열려있는지 몰랐음) 여긴 호텔도 B&B도 아님! 방음이 전혀 되지 않아 윗층에서 소변보는 소리까지 다 들림

Very, very helpful and friendly owners. The home was absolutely exquisite. Would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Island was a great host and made sure that I'm comfortable even gave me a choice to choose my room. The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities needed. I highly recommend to stay here!

Everything great

It was a beautiful home, with everything we needed and more. The host was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The owners are very kind and helpful. For our stay the location was at a good place. Breakfast was good, coffee was hot and delicious.

There is no mirror in the bedroom and the bathroom is very dark it's hard to put on makeup. The hallway lights are always off and I almost missed the last step of the staircase coming in at 9PM. For a Bed and Breakfast, it only offers a bed. The room was so small there was nowhere to put my luggage.

The owners were great. The only issue was the room was separated from the washroom and the sofa was dominated by another lady staying there. There was no place to relax.

the TV location is a bit odd. Especially it is connected to a extension cord that is crossed over the entrance to walk-in-closet. I would suggest to move the TV to the table by the window. And move the bed a bit more toward the door to the room, As if you get out of bed on the right side (facing the washroom) The idel between the side chair and the bed side is rather tight. ( I bumped my knee or foot a few with the side chair ).

Owner was friendly and welcoming. I didn’t realize this unit had a shared bathroom, but it was no problem and very clean. The house was very quiet and I had a very good sleep. Had to leave early so can’t comment on breakfast.

Sunny and Island are a wonderful husband and wife team. They are excellent hosts. They welcomed me so warmly. My room was immaculate. The breakfast was a delight each morning. I couldn't have been more impressed.

We enjoyed our stay. Our hosts warmly welcomed us and served a delicious breakfast to us each morning ($10 Canadian each). They also suggested several good local restaurants for dinner. If we visit Surrey again, we’ll definitely stay at Sunny Island again.

Quite and relaxing

We were assured that the room we reserved had a private bathroom but it was shared with multiple other guests. Room was very cold and no extra blankets for the bed were available. It seemed as though the hosts were brand new to running a B & B. Hopefully, things will improve.

We have stayed here several times and will again, when in the White Rock/Surrey area. The host/owners are lovely and go well out of their way to make certain guests feel comfortable and welcomed (and graciously accommodated inconvenient arrival/departure logistics). The gardens are wonderful, and breakfast outdoors is a lovely treat. Sunny Island is minutes away from some wonderful restaurants. We have enjoyed several takeout meals in a variety of locations on the property. Nothing but good to say, here! It has been consistently fab!
