The room was in bad condition - multiple broken things, very dirty. The view from the room was poor and the street was extremely loud throughout the night due to a near night club.

Ottima posizione dell'Hotel per raggiungere i posti di maggiore interesse. Ottima la pulizia sia delle camere che degli ambienti comuni. Molto buona la colazione con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità.

Excellent location and good value. Clean, with friendly staff. We had breakfast on our last day, fresh bread and locally sourced products but I thought a wee bit pricy.

Excellent apartment/hotel. Clean and in a quiet location not far from the centre by tram or bus. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was the second time I've stayed at hotel and would stay again if visiting Marseille.

Rooms not available until 3pm even though we were very tired. « It’s the rule, impossible to do otherwise . Period.”

We were very happy with our stay here. We arrived a little early and the staff was happy to store our luggage until we could check in. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. They said they were very full, so we had an upgraded room. We loved the balcony and enjoyed going out and relaxing on it. It was an unexpected bonus! We had the breakfast and it was very good, although if I had 1 critique, the hot items could have been warmer. But we still enjoyed it. Everything was very clean and there was even a shoe cleaning/shining machine in the lobby by the elevators. We found the location to be convenient and there are many restaurants close by.

Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmals buchen, nicht einladend und leider auch nicht den Fotos entsprochen. Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt, Handtücher fleckig, Haare am Bett und Fliesenboden. Unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof und war angenehm leise. Beim Check-in war nur eine Person und wir mussten lange warten, dann wurde uns zu viel City Taxe verrechnet. Das einzige Trostpflaster war, dass der Preis niedrig war, daher am besten nicht zu viel erwarten. Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Standard.

The property & room were very clean and comfortable. The location is great for seeing the sights and being near the port.

Didn’t realize that the rooms did not have AC. It was fine because we were visiting in April but can’t imagine how hot it would be during the summer. Everything else was great.

Very clean & large room, very big and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly. We asked to check in early due to illness and they were very helpful. Close walk to nearby metro & grocery store.

Very clean and modern property. Reception area is welcoming but some of the chairs are uncomfortable. In a safe and quiet street with other small hotels and restaurants, etc. Near Juliette Metro, tram and bus stops. Short walk to the Cathedral, Vielle Charité, Muceum/Fort St Jean, Les Terraces de Port shopping centre etc. Reception team are all polite and helpful. Our studio apartment (409) had a very large and comfortable super king size bed. Pillows not so great. The large window opened fully with obvious risks for guest with children. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The kitchenette had all you need - apart from a toaster. The microwave is also a grill but we didn’t try it out. Carrefour supermarket is in the next street minutes away. Bakery for fresh croissants even closer. Lots of nearby eateries with a wide variety of choices. La Palestine restaurant almost opposite is very good. Marseille is a big busy city with a very mixed population which is reflected in the local culture. There are not that many historic sites but it’s a great city to wander around. We enjoyed a very relaxed week despite the sunny but bitterly cold weather. The public transport system is great.
