Needs improvement in all departments.

The Frontiers Hotel in Entebbe provides a nice stay at an affordable price when arriving into Entebbe. The room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating to guests. The only negative comment is that the hotel isn’t very close to any stores by which to purchase snacks/drinks. The walk into Entebbe town is 3+ miles with lots of vehicular traffic zooming around. I recommend using a taxi or boda boda to get around.

The WIFI was very poor in the room. I had to use my own pocket router. When I checked in there were dirty plates on the corridor and they remained there till the next day when i had to talk to reception personnel for the plates to be removed.

The staff is very friendly. I was very pleased with the driver.

Value for money hotel, nice food and the pizza was fantastic .

De kamer die we hadden gereserveerd was niet beschikbaar. Pas na de eerste nacht en heel veel vragen en klagen werd een kamer op de derde verdieping geregeld, die weliswaar niet zo groot was als op hotels.com (boeking.com) was aangegeven, maar wel redelijk ruim. Deze had wel lakeview i.p.v. uitzicht op een muur.

Breakfast was great. Price was good. No towels until i asked. No drinking water and a broken door to balcony that when we got it shut wouldn't open were all very disappointing.

No proper internet connectivity, poor breakfast, intercom not working, poor customer service. Picture and rating of the property is very deceptive. Can’t be a star hotel.

other than a nearby barking dog, things were good. No mosquito net on the bed. A/C was nice

I arrived late in the evening and was collected by prearranged free hotel shuttle.The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and very close to the airport. My stay was brief, as I flew out early next morning, but I was very pleased with the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent value for money.
