객실이 너무 추워요~~ 호텔분들께 요청해도 대책이 없네요ㅠㅠ 추워서 힘들었습니다 가격대뷔 시설 별로입니다

직원들이 세심하게 챙겨주는 것이 좋았고 상권과의 거리가 멀어 호텔식당만 이용할 수 있는 상황이였는데 가져온 음식을 해먹을 수 있도록 다양한 기구를 쓸 수있게 해줘서 좋았습니다. 또한 스파나 탁구대, 당구대등 다양한 즐길거리가 있어서 좋았습니다.

Check in time was 3:00 and I arrived hotel around 17:30. But the room was not ready at all (i entered room, and there was bunches of garbages and dirty bed sheets....and watched spider at the restroom). I have to wait for 1 hr for the room ready, and just after I entered room, i found that the water was jot provided so that I have to visit info. desk for asking it. Nothing was ready before I visited info dest more than twice. Hot water was not provided (i have to wait for more than 10 mins to get hot water). WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!

깔끔하고 편안한 휴식을 주는 호텔!!! 다른 숙박 장소와 비교할 수 없는 시설!!

소금호텔중 상급에 해당됨. 위치는 정말 안좋으나 투어사를 이용하면 픽업 드랍은 무료이니 좋음, 호텔에서 제공하는 십이달러 공항 픽업, 드랍 서비스를 이용하면 택시비를 좀 아낄수 있음. 오전 오후 호텔이 조용함. 다들 투어를 진행하기 때문에 하루정도는 그냥 쉬면서 호텔에 투숙하면 좋은 경험이 될듯

건조하긴 하지만 겨울철 따뜻한 우유니를 원한다면 선택의 여지가 없습니다. 향도 좋고 이색적이고 편안합니다. 우유니 가신다면 한번쯤 꼭 가보세요!!!

Good service, comfortable and warm room of salt , hot shower, a lot of fire place with wood

호텔 내부가 너무 이뻐요. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 그러나 위치가 소금호수 바로 옆이라 주위에 아무것도 없고, 밤에는 난방기를 사용할 수 없어 추워요.

소금사막 석양을 보면서 먹은 점심 푹신한 침대 친절한 직원 모두 다 너무 좋았어요 그런데 찾아가기가 힘든게 단점이었어요 제가 가던 날에 파업이 있어서 길을 돌아가느라 힘들게 갔던 기억이 있습니다 그러나 다른 모든 모든 면에서 최고에요 친절하신 리셉션 직원분 다시한번 감사합니다 !

전반적으로 괜찮은 편이나 우유니 시내에서 거리가 상당히 멀어서 택시비가 250볼이나 나옵니다

우유니 소금사막 옆에 위치하여있다. 바로옆은 아니고 조망이 가능하다. 특이하고 전망이 좋다. 조식이 훌륭하며 호텔에서 운영하는 투어코스도 좋다. 만일 저예산여행자라면 여러가지로 힘들것이다. 우선 이동이 힘들다. 근처에 편의시설및 마트, 상점들은 물론 없다. 그러나 특별한 경험을 원한다면 적절한 선택이다. 방은 춥다. 온수의 공급도 제한적이다. 와이파이 속도를 기대할수도 없다.

호텔의 위치가 우유니 시내에서 엄청 멀다. 모두 비포장길이며 택시비가 편도 250볼(우유니 소금사막 종일투어가 180볼 정도임). 평생에 한번 재미로 소금으로 된 호텔에 한번 자 본다는 느낌으로 숙박하면 될 것 같음. 실내가 워낙 특이하고 아름답기는 하나 객실안은 만족스럽지 못함. 따뜻한 물이 잘 안나오고, 전기매트 코드는 헐렁헐렁하여 잘 빠짐. 직원 실수로 객실내에 생수가 없었음.

먼저 위치가 우유니시내에서 엄청 멀고 가는 길이 비포장이며 30분 정도 소요됨. 택시비가 어마어마함. 우유니 소금사막 종일 투어가 180볼인데, 택시비가 250볼(편도임!!!). 호텔 내부는 아주 색다르고 특이하고 아름다움. 하지만 방 내부에는 따뜻한 물이 잘 안나오고, 침대에 전기 매트가 있어 콘센트에 꽂아보면 헐렁헐렁하여 잘 빠짐. 직원의 실수로 방안에 생수가 없어서 약을 먹기가 힘들었음.

기대를 가지고 제일 좋다는 루나 살라다를 갔다. 인터넷이 안되서 나뿐만이 아니라 다른사람들까지도 항의를 했다. 몇시간후 된다고 방에 가라고해서, 기다리다가 업무를 못봐서 몇시간뒤 다시 찾아갔더니 남자 매니저를 부른다고하더니 우리 호텔에서 나가라고했다. 우유니 는 될꺼라고, 택시비 200볼리비아 내고 왔으니 택시비까지 돌려달라고했더니 화를 내고 택시비 못준다고하더라. 어쩌겠나 외국에선 우리가 약자인데. 그러더니 방으로 찾아와 직원들끼리 쓰는 와이파이를 알려주더라. 그리고 모든 외국인에게 그제서야 알려주더라, 덕분에 다들 엄청느린 안쓰느니만 못한 와이파이를 썼다. 주위에 호수? 없다. 해떨어지던 안지던 바람엄청불고, 정말 아무것도 할것이 없다. 식당도 싼편이 아니다 퀄리티에비해. 또한 바닥까지 소금이기때문에 바닥에 놓는 짐들에 먼지는 말할것도 없다. 가는데도 비포장도로 오는 데도 비포장도로 정말 별루다. 투어를 신청하고 들어왔는데 우리는 루나살라다 라는 이유로 40볼을 더 내고 픽업을 받았는데 알고보니 버려진 기차는 먼저투어하고 우리데릴러 온거더라. 정말 다신 가고싶지도않고, 추천하고싶지도않다. 외국인들은 모르겠고 우리나라 신혼부부들이나 나이드신분들이 여길 원하시는거같은데 제발 가지않았으면하는 나의 의견이다.

We stayed in the dome room. Interesting layout, but not a lot of space for luggage. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Little water pressure. But a nice stay overall.

Overrated.

The location near the Salt plains is very nice. Overall the rooms are ok for the price, the . However the service has left me absolutely floored - see below. Overall, they want to work with tour groups and function as a resort. They are not the right place for someone who wants a nice hotel but is interested in handling things on their own and wants the flexibility of a hotel. Also remember that what you pay on Expedia etc is not the correct price because you are far away from everyplace else and you will spend on their meals / buffets. Still if you want to stay here, skip the all inclusive package and pay in bolivianos that you change from USD for approximately B9.30-B9.50 and it will come out a lot cheaper. Similarly book your own tours instead of using the ones from the reception. Finally, also make sure you are ready to wait till 3 PM no matter how busy or lightly loaded the hotel may be. I upgraded the review from 1* to 3* primarily because of Fernando who runs the restaurant. He exemplified great service - flexible and trying to help. He had a good dinner Buffett with great dessert treats but I wanted fruit and he made it happen. Similarly at the buffet breakfast, he brought me Chia seeds even thought it was not part of the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping/reception manager would learn a lot from Fernando in terms of how to be flexible and hospitable. The stay offered a high-end physical environment, though it was hampered by logistical and culinary shortcomings that do not align with a premium image. We stayed at the dome (glamping room). The Facility The domes provide exceptional comfort, featuring floor heating, AC, and high-quality toiletries. Common areas and the bar/games room enhance the "Instagrammable" appeal. However, the absence of "Do Not Disturb" signs or physical barriers led to guests approaching or attempting to enter private domes. The addition of a bedroom trash bin is a necessary functional upgrade. Culinary & Service While specific staff—notably Maxwell Duran Duran and the housekeeping team—provided excellent service, the food quality was underwhelming. The dishes were consistently dry, suggesting a need for improved culinary technique. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet lacked variety and essential allergy or dish labeling. Tour & Communication Management communication was inconsistent; contradictory information regarding tour inclusions resulted in redundant private bookings. The stargazing "tour" lacked professional-grade equipment, such as cameras or specialized lighting, and there was a lack of clarity regarding its private nature. It functioned more as a basic shuttle service than a specialized excursion. Verdict A beautiful location with great amenities, but the tour and culinary execution require more polish to match the premium setting
