친절하고 트렌디했으나 킴튼 명성에 비해 로비나 객실이 너무 작지 않나 싶음

방은 훌륭하고 청소도 말끔하고 서비스도 요청하는데로 빠르게 대응해줌. 유일한 단점은 대로와 유료고가 옆에 위치해서 차량소음이 강했음. 조식, 룸서비스 모두 맛있음. 단 양식에 치운친 점이 아쉬움.

먼지가 그냥 데굴데굴 굴러다닙니다. 방콕 킴튼말라이에서 느낀 그 감동은 처참하게 박살났습니다 하하

모두 만족했습니다. 다만 조식 커피는 좀 개선이 필요할듯요

결혼22주년 기념으로 간 도쿄여행 너무 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 조식이 매우 훌륭하고 직원분들 너무 친절합니다 한마디로 최고의 부티크호텔입니다

조식이 조금 비싸지만 퀄리티 있고 맛있었습니다! 핼스장도 마음에 들어요~!

ワンちゃん連れで泊まりましたが、スタッフの対応が暖かく、とても快適でした。着いてすぐにワンちゃんがマットに粗相してしまいましたが、すぐに対応してくれて良かったです。 またぜひ利用します。

I’ve stayed at this hotel, many times and I am never disappointed. The rooms are always so clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast is amazing and the service at the property is unparalleled. I would highly recommend.

This was my sixth time staying at the Kimpton Shinjuku and it was a great stay. I love the friendly staff, the great breakfast and the wonderful rooms. Would highly recommend.

Typical Kimpton. Great property. Only thing to watch out for is when I booked o assumed it was in the center of bustling Shinjuku. It’s not. You’d need to take a taxi to get to the action, or take a fairly long walk. I paid up thinking I’d be in the mix. Caveat emptor. Other than that it’s a good hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Gora. The hotel was beautifully maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The service exceeded our expectations, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to returning in the future.

When traveling to Japan, we first arrived in Tokyo and stayed at a different hotel which was cheaper than the Kimpton hotel (Shinjuku). We wanted to leave Kimpton for our last leg of the trip as we thought it was a top class hotel. However, we were very disappointed as the hotel was quite far from SHINJUKU station (walking distance), also the room was extremely small comparing to the first hotel we stayed in Tokyo (Shibuya). There was a lobby as you arrive but no reception to sit down and mingle. In our trip to Japan we stayed in 3 different hotels and they were all spacious, close to a station and luxurious amenities for less money than what we paid for the Kimpton hotel in Shinjuku. Will not recommend this hotel as there are better hotels for cheaper cost and more luxurious than the Kimpton.
