새로 리모델링 한지 얼마 안되서 객실이 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적, 객실안에 냉장고 없음.

It will helpful if they provide shuttle bus to pickup guests from the airport to the hotel

The WiFi was not working most of the time. Cleanliness can improve. When I needed assistance in the room, I had to go downstairs again to remind them

Clean boutique hotel. Spacios. Close to several places and very secure.

The drainage in the shower is blocked the water takes long to go down and in my room there was no charging ports l had to ask for an extension

The room was clean and tidy with hot water for the shower. Kingdom at reception was helpful. I wish they gave me more leniency on my request for late check out. I did not require parking services during this stay, so cannot rate.

The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe.

Very nice hotel close to the airport

I couldn’t sleep there were a lot of people from a political party who were drinking and smoking the whole night making noise. It was better if they had put the political people one side and other clients on the other side. I will never go back to that place

The environment is very peaceful in the CBD and the staff is hospitable

Starting from the gate the security was very nice , the staff at the reception were exceptional and the cleaners were really nice and respectful. I can't wait for my next stay

Property is clean and very friendly staff. However there could be improvement on entertainment and I had to get daily wifi code. A restaurant’s with bar would also be nice

Welcoming environment tha staff is so good

Room was clean and nicely furnished. Hotel is on a busy street with traffic starting early morning. But not too loud. They have a restaurant that serves a nice breakfast. Will stay there again

This time the staff at frontdesk was moody slow and unfriendly I book this hotel many times but this last visit was bad experience for us
