너무 아름다운 호텔입니다 훌륭한 직원분들과 아름다운 방, 이용실설 덕분에 가족들과 즐거운시간을 보낼수 있었습니다.온천시설도 너무나 훌륭했습니다 머무는 동안 너무 즐거웠습니다! 덕분에 나가토를 잘 즐겼습니다

우선 모든 시설이 전부 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어있습니다. 무엇보다 모든 직원분들이 너무 친절하십니다. 그리고 저녁, 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 스파 이용시에도 모든 시설이 다 잘 구비되어 있어 편하게 이용하였습니다. 가족여행으로 처음 일본에 갔는데 덕분에 너무 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 감사합니다.

버스정류장에서 숙소까지 셔틀을 운영해주셨으면 좋겠습니다

후쿠오카 공항에서 렌트카로 2시간30분 소요 되며 고속도로에 화물차량이 많습니다. 공항 거리 와 도로 사정만 좋다면 자주 방문하고 싶습니다.

This was our first experience staying at a Hoshino Resorts property, and we arrived with high expectations. Our experience fully lived up to them. Many staff members spoke a good level of English, which added warmth and enjoyment to our stay. The front desk was also especially helpful with arranging bookings during the Japanese national holidays, Golden Week. We look forward to trying other Hoshino Resorts properties in the future.

Superb hotel

全體員工服務細心而且還協助有關旅遊資料查詢，晚飯懷石料理除了美味亦可觀性高。稍為不足是床褥太軟腰部承托不足，浴埸15-20點經常有6-7人已覺得太迫，因為室內浴場2個池約20*8呎，即使連同室外浴埸約10*6呎，房間又没有浴缸浸浴。見議像早晚飯一樣每人預約用一小時避免人多不適。

I loved my experience staying at KAI. The Osen was lovely; there was also cold sake, green tea, ice cream, hot tea, and many other beverages for guests to enjoy after using the Osen. The library was quiet to do some work, with snacks and drinks also available. The breakfast and dinner were good. Overall, my stay was terrific. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Amazing retreat time at Hoshino KAI Nagato. There are programs / activities provided that are light and with small memento takeaway. The dinner and breakfast experiences were phenomenon. Staff are very friendly and capable answering anything. The onsen on-site is healing and the space is very relaxing and clean. A real retreat where mind and body and truly relax.

A prefect place for short getaway, spacious room and excellent dinning experiences. All service staffs offer great hospitality. The onsen facilities offer in and outdoor bath, iced sake also available to enjoy after bath. KAI is now one of my new favourites. Highly recommended.

This my 3rd time staying at Hoshino chain of hotel. It has never fail to surprise me. This stay was wonderful and the staff was very thoughtful. This stay unlocked a different experience. Looking forward to more stay at Hoshino hotels.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended

客房整潔明亮且安靜，飯店整體環境和服務人員的表現也都很好，雖然下著毛毛雨也無損寧靜和放鬆的氣氛，大浴場非常棒，戶外的部分反而因為下雨，覺得更棒了，出來休息的地方，提供了飲品和日本傳統冰棒，加上窗外的景色，提供了最佳的休息時光。晚餐十分豐盛，融合了當地特產和時令的會席料理令人驚艷，雖然因為行程關係，沒能吃到早餐，但想必也是十分美味的。 唯一美中不足的地方是透過本訂房網站訊息溝通時，回覆的速度有點慢，一直擔心沒看到訊息，希望以後回覆的速度能稍微快一點，那就再完美不過了。

The hotel is 15 min walk from the "train station" where the train does not run now (there is a bus instead), or 5 min walk on a steep slope or stairs from a bus stop (this is also an only parking lot), which was hard for my old parents. The hotel staff are trained to be very kind for routines, but when we came back to pick up something we forgot, the staff made an obvious frown and even denied at the beginning ... I had to ask again before she finally went to check and brought us what we left behind. Food was OK relative to the similar level of hotels.
