일단 호텔을 찾는 것부터가 어려움. 공항에서 택시 불러주는 회사 사람들도 이 호텔을 못 찾아서 한참동안 같이 고생했음. 현지 사람들도 여기를 못 찾겠다고 지도를 보내달라고 다들 요구함. 매리어트랑 연결되어 있는데 매리어트 건물에 가려서 이 호텔이 뒷쪽에 있다는 것도 잘 모름. 호텔 팻말도 없음. 화장실 세안대에서 녹물이 나옴. 아무리 오래 틀어도 확연히 노란색에 쇠냄새가 물씬 나는 물만 나와서 세수하고 양치하는데 곤욕이었음. 세면대 물도 잘 안 내려감. 호텔스 닷컴에 단순시 '아침식사 포함' 이라고만 나와서 일반적인 다른 호텔들처럼 부페식인 줄 알았는데, 매리어트랑 연결된 복도 소재의 카페에서 손바닥 반만한 빵 세 조각 + 과일 4종류 두어조각 + 주스 한 잔 + 커피 한 잔 + 오트밀 요구르트 1개가 나옴. 계란 한 조각 안 줌. 식단에 단백질이 아무 것도 없음. 게다가 결정적인건 호텔 여기저기 둘러봐도 영어로 쓰여진 안내 팻말이 단 하나도 없음. 아침식사 장소 찾느라 20여분간 건물을 뱅뱅 돌음. 1층 로비 직원들 외에 기본적으로 영어를 할 줄 아는 사람이 아무도 없어 뭘 물어볼 수가 없음. 층마다 화살표 팻말들은 있는데 스페인어 모르면 무용지물임. 객실 냉장고에 꺼내 먹을 수 있는 음식이 아예 없고, 게다가 밤에 추운데 아무리 heat을 틀어도 찬 바람만 나와서 감기걸릴 뻔함. 드라이어기도 없어서 머리도 못 말림. 호텔 위치가 햇빛이 안 들어오는 쪽이라 전체적으로 어둡고 습한데다 음산하고 냄새남. 호텔 평점 0 주고 싶은데 리셉션 직원들이 열심히 하려고 해서 1점 주겠음. 도대체가 왜 호텔스 닷컴에서 이 호텔이 별 네개 반으로 평가되어 있는지 모르겠음. 나처럼 이 4.5개 별에 속아서 예약하는 사람들이 앞으로도 계속 있을텐데 당장 수정이 필요함. 객관적으로 아무리 봐도 이 호텔은 별 1개가 적당함. 절대 그 누구에게도 권해주고 싶지 않음.

편안하고 넓은 객실과 완벽히 갖춰져있는 주방기구가 가장 맘에 들었습니다.

It was comfortable and spacious, a great deal for 2bd/2ba, with washer/dryer and everything we needed. The staff were wonderful and it included access to the Marriott gym, pool, etc. The only thing we didn't care for was the location -- there's not much around there. The other hotel district (near the Sheraton) is much livelier and a better walking/shopping area. The only good restaurants close by were in the hotel. There are some roads nearby we were told to avoid by Marriott staff. However there's a metro stop just a few blocks away that was just a short ride away from downtown.

Cobran el IVA a los extranjeros en la propiedad. El desayuno es buffet pero en un pequeño bar con escasa oferta de productos.

Excellent place to stay.

Apartment was a good size, staff were helpful. Kitchen was not very well equipt or clean (there was a bad small from the sink disposal). Breakfast was far better at other hotels in Quito.

Great property. Restaurants and hotel bar were great. The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that they tried to charge me $30 for early check-in even though I explained my Expedia benefits allow me to check in early when available. They told me my unit was available, but I needed to pay…. So I didn’t. They also charged me a $27 tax I don’t know why.

Excellent location for all things Quito.

Terrific for families, lots of space to spread out at the end of the day. Good restaurants and Parque de Carolina nearby. Quiet. Good room service from the Marriott next door and all their amenities through a joint deal they’ve worked out. Watch the thousands of cyclists on Ave Rio Amazonas on Sundays. .
