제가 늦게 일어나면 청소부가 보통 초인종을 눌러서 청소를 하고 있는지 묻습니다. 좀 귀찮은데, 외출할 때 청소 표시등을 눌러야겠어요. 욕실 배수구는 매일 청소하지 않아 물이 느리게 빠집니다. 다른 직원들은 매우 친절하고 열정적입니다. 돌아올 것이다

좋은 숙박이었습니다. 객실은 멋지게 꾸며져 있었습니다. 옥상의 자쿠지는 큰 소리를 내서 좋은 경험을 제공하지 못했습니다. 직원들은 정상적인 일이며 아무것도 할 수 없다고 말했습니다. 다른 손님들도 큰 소리에 불편함을 느꼈다는 것은 분명하지만 안타깝게도 호텔은 이에 대한 책임을 부인합니다.

오차드 지역에 지루해서 번잡함 없이 유명한 명소와 가까운 싱가포르의 다른 지역에 머물고 싶다면 이 호텔이 당신에게 완벽한 곳입니다. 저는 The Clan 호텔에서 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 이 호텔의 분위기와 분위기는 흠잡을 데가 없습니다. 저는 일몰 무렵에 도착했는데, 아름다운 일몰이 호화로운 로비를 비추는 것을 보고는 숨이 막힐 지경이었습니다. 저는 티마스터가 준비한 차로 환영을 받았고, 체크인을 했고, 제 방이 너무나 마음에 들었습니다. 방은 정말 세련되고 편안했고, 긴 하루를 보내고 호텔로 돌아왔을 때 항상 완벽하게 깨끗했습니다. 더 좋은 점은 호텔 바로 옆에 늦은 밤까지 문을 여는 많은 레스토랑과 바가 있다는 것입니다. 1000/10 모든 사람에게 추천하고 싶습니다!

적극 추천합니다!!! 호텔은 향기롭고 깨끗하며 시설이 완벽하고 친절한 직원입니다. 객실은 방음 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고 다리미, 헤어드라이어, YouTube에 연결된 TV 등이 완비되어 있으며 전망은 정말 아름답습니다. MRT 역과 차이나타운이 가까워 이동과 쇼핑이 매우 편리합니다. 싱가포르를 방문할 기회가 생긴다면 저는 여전히 The Clan을 선택하겠습니다. 🩷

Staff were confused and seemed to act against one another. On check out, no one mentioned physical check out was unnecessary since the room was prepaid with a voucher. Rooms were too small making occupants trip over bags and squeeze around the bed to reach the toilet.

This hotel is great at sticking to the central theme of welcoming their guests into a clan. The tea ceremony, which you can partake in anytime between 10am-6pm (after checking in), sets the mood and makes you feel welcome. They have a great sized gym with programmable workouts that you could follow along. I didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was a very popular spot, but it had great views. It is quite a small pool though, but it looks nice to lounge in. There is also a jacuzzi next to the pool. We got the deluxe room. It was well planned so the space was fully utilised, which doesn't make it feel small. Nice and clean shower area (no bathtub in mine, but the rain shower was nice). The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Overall great experience and will stay again!

Amazing hotel for staycations as their rooms are pretty and the service is good. Toilets are fitted with bidet which is a very nice touch and the whole room just feels very luxe. Their sky pool and sky gym are also very nice, even though I didn't have the time to use the facilities. Will definitely return!

Lovely stay in Grand Premier Room 2701. Managed to get a corner room so two windows with different views. The room came with a complimentary tour of the vicinity by the clan keeper at 4pm. Tour took about 1.5 hours. Service, especially by the clan keeper was fantastic. Room was super comfy, bed and pillows were solid too. TV has Chromecast. Rain shower was awesome too. Pool was a little cold, not sure whether it was because it was cloudy the whole of yesterday. There is a jacuzzi that is heated next to the pool too. Sunset views from the pool was the highlight of the stay. Breathtaking! Breakfast was above average. Could choose one main, plus toast and fruits (free flow) tea, coffee or juice (free flow). Very filling! Main portion was big!

Good location, awesome service and the room is really well cleaned. Everything is good except their drainage system. Water flows to bedroom after the shower.

Restaurant provides the best food for its price! Go try the “taste of qin” it 's a must! The pool and gym were both out of this world! However some of the pillows were smelly.

Great stay at the clan! Just like a den for us to hide away! Will definitely want to come back and stay again!

Data leakage from email because of typo from their end. Shower drainage is bad, was standing in a pool of water while waiting for it to drain for 5 mins. The pillows have a weird smell and is too soft. Luckily able to change to latex pillow (of 2 different sizes) for the next night. Location is good if you don't mind cbd area with lots of food options. Service at hotel was great too.

The room was spacious, comfy and super clean. Staff were really nice too! Enjoyed my stay at The Clan Hotel!

Heated toilet seat 👍. Welcome tea and snacks 👏. 5 stars hospitality 😍. Infinity pool and gym 🎉. What else can I say? Probably one of my most satisfying stay in Singapore!
