좋은 곳이지만 주말에는 좀 아닌 것 같아요

UMSC 병원과 가까워서 여러 번 묵었어요. 리셉션도 친절했고요. 또 다른 장점은 공용 주방이 있어서 직접 요리할 수 있다는 거예요.

저는 여기에 여러 번 묵었습니다. 정말 좋았어요.

앱에서 예약한 방은 꽤 좋았어요. 하지만 주말 내내 묵었던 다른 방은 실망스러웠어요. 팁: C 구역으로 가세요. 시설이 더 좋아요. 헬스장은 더럽고 먼지가 많아요. 귀 뚫은 프런트 직원은 불친절해요.

직원은 24시간 상주하고, 깨끗하고 좋습니다.

냉장고 없음. 아침 식사 옵션도 거의 없음. 세면도구 없음. 비누도 없음.

Tak ada cakap ada panalty 200 kalau merokok dan tak cakap boleh merokok dalam bilik atau tandas. Masa nak ceck out baru kata ada kena panalty 200.

Good location for people who visit UMSC hospital. It is a less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Wifi couldn't be used, hairdryer spoiled even after requesting for a change, but good for a night stay and not long days.

Good and cleaner only at night time more noisy outside can hear people talking.

Lobby was nice, staff are friendly. Rooms cleanliness is ok, worth the stay

Easy check in process. Beautiful comfortable room. But please don't get scammed by the guard at the valet parking. They only wanted money. When I wanted to park there, they asked for RM20 although I check in after 12 midnight. When I didn't wanna pay him, he said I cannot park at the valet parking because there will be an event. This is the second time staying here and having the same problem with the valet security. Please include the parking fees together with the room to avoid this problem again.

2nd consecutive week I stayed for business trip, again there were no towels available and had to request for it to be sent and that as well took too long. Towels are basic things and shouldn't be requested when needed. Check in so long queue as the machines not working, queued all the way to only have the concierge staff turn me away back to the machines which he claimed already functioning, and yes it was but after one of the staff topped up the room keycards into the machine. Very slack in doing their job this group of hired staff.

Overall the room and surroundings were very clean. Could give more soap and shampoo bottles. BUT the parking was very expensive. I had to pay RM20 for 2D1N. They said I can park outside, but the parking for 1 day was also RM6 at the rocky parking. Should have designated carpark for customers/waiver for the residence.
