We stayed at the hideaway which is adults only. The room was amazing the ground was amazing and the food was amazing. The only problem I have is the checkout when trying to depart and get our wristbands cut the line was so long and not enough staff which almost mad us late to the airport I was told we had to wait or they will charge us extra I was confused because everything was already paid for however it end up working out and we left but that was my only issue everything else 10/10

Hot tubs not hot, invited two friends that live on the island to see me and eat dinner with me. They were not allowed to eat there even though I would pay. Security guards gave hard time every time they came to pick me up. Would never stay there again

The hotel overall was ok. Me and my husband spent our anniversary here. When we got to our room, the tub was dirty as if somebody had just left. The shower room had hair in it, as well as hair on the toilet. The cushions on the couch were also dirty. The room service was good. We did room service late night and it came in a decent amount of time. The staff were really nice. I was kind of worried from previous reviews saying that they were rude but we did not experience that at all. From housekeeping, dining, and around the resort everyone was friendly.

We stayed at The Hideaway at Royalton St. Lucia for our two-week honeymoon and were very disappointed. We expected a luxury experience but faced repeated service failures and poor management response. Our in-room drinks were often not restocked, and one night all our towels were taken and not replaced. Despite calling reception immediately, it took over two hours for new towels to arrive, so we had to go to dinner without being able to dry off after a shower. We also booked the “Culinary Experience” at an extra cost, advertised as seven courses with cocktail pairings. It turned out to be six courses, and the only drink options were red or white wine. Restaurants were frequently out of key dishes, including the steakhouse running out of steak, and some “all-inclusive” items suddenly had extra charges. Pool bars regularly ran out of basic drinks. When we raised these concerns, we were met with vague apologies and empty promises that issues would be “looked into.” It often felt like staff were simply trying to delay action, hoping we would stop asking or check out before anything was resolved. The list of isses goes on but I have had to cut it short to meet the review character limit. The resort itself is beautiful, but the poor service and lack of accountability ruin the experience. For the price and expectations of a luxury honeymoon, this was a major letdown. We would not recommend this resort until management makes serious improvements.

First I want to say the concierge woman that checked us in Rizaria (I might have misspelled her name), she was a complete angel. Very honest, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Shout out to her! The room was cool, I appreciated the keys being on wrists and the staff cleaning at a reasonable time in the morning. I will say the shower had hair from the last guests :/ The food was mid. Well, the restaurants they did have open. Also you have to make reservations for all the restaurants which is kind of annoying because reservations don’t open till about 12pm. I will say the food truck in the middle of the resort has some good jerk chicken and rice and peas! The bars were nice. There were bars all over the resort.

Barely any entertainment. Needs a night club and more things to do. Room service was slow. Took two days to receive water to our room

Room was excellent clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth not very friendly receptionist. Food ok tolerable. Dining room staff caters to white client quicker than black guest. Beach clean but small. Local vendor patroling the beach for customers annoying and aggression with weed smoking and loud music. Pools were great

Cockroach in room, staff at bars did not care about providing good service, was ignored at bars, constantly out of ingredients, simply told “no” to Making drinks because the staff did not want to even though the bartender next to them was making frozen drinks. Booked a photo shoot and the employees flash was not working so he stopped early and all pictures looked blurry and bad quality instead of asking someone else to help or take the pics for him. Alot of money for not a great experience, island and facility beautiful but way better and cheaper to go to Mexico in the future. Elevator at hotel was broken pretty much the entire trip, toilet sprayed water with every flush, bathroom door did not stay closed or lock

Beautiful location. Huge resort. Staff at italian restaurant can try being friendlier.

Beautiful grounds, pool, bars and restaurants on-site. All inclusive makes it all worth it. Nightly entertainment. Friendly staff and laid back culture helped to create a relaxed atmosphere. Nice protected beach was clean and calm. A bit of a ride from airport (UVF) and a bit distant requiring rental or taxis to visit city centers or other beaches/attractions.

The property itself was lovely. The view, the size of the room, the many pools and honestly the resort it self wasn’t that busy, which allowed for a good time without feeling overwhelmed The abundance of pools and cabanas available was a huge sell and they had a great food truck you could eat at when the standard places closed between meals. We had a very small handful of really nice staff but a lot of them were really kind of rude and standoffish. Our mattress had bed bug stains and sheddings. We went with 6 other couples and 2 other couples had to be moved to a different room due to bed bugs. That was the biggest turn off, after getting bit, showing the evidence it was still treated very dismissively

This property is about 2 hours away from airport... they were a little stingy with their water bottles. Other than that I really enjoy the resort.

I was a solo traveler and this resort was safe and had a lot to do on the property

The property was beautiful! The butler’s were amazing and took care of us from the time we arrived to the minute we left. I must say, they are severely understaffed. There was a long wait to check in as well as at the restaurants

Elevator under renovations and ac was not working. We weren’t even offered to be accommodated and had to walk the stairs to the floor floor just to get to my room where it still was not cool staff and service was amazing food great. But need to figure out how to accommodate when inconveniencing your guests especially when it was my birthday.

I like the pools and the staff’s services.

Good day, First and foremost, the Royalton Hideaway resort is a total embarrassment for anyone to visit. The all-inclusive resort, intended for adults 21 years and older, shares the same lot as the main Royalton right across the way. There were many children in all parts of the unsuitable resort, which is a clear violation of the adult all-inclusive policy. I highly recommend that the Royalton Hideaway resort in St Lucia be permanently closed! Everyone should avoid this property. It does not live up to the standards of an all-inclusive adult resort at all. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, our annual vacation experience was highly disappointing. After a long flight, all we wanted to do was rest. We arrived at the resort around 7 pm. To our surprise, our room was dirty. There was no toilet paper, a hole in the mattress, eye lashes and hair all over the sheets and pillow cases, the room had a strong mold odor, and no washcloths. When we called to speak with someone at the front desk, there was no answer. We called multiple times. At any resort, when a guest calls the front desk, the staff answers on the first ring. Not here! We had to leave the room and take a filthy, very shaky elevator to the ground floor, where we found a very dark walkway leading to the front desk. As we were walking, another guest commented, "well I guess they did not pay the electricity bill" in which made us feel unsafe to walk throughout the resort's main lobby area.

Fabian and Travis made everything easy with high-quality service and communication. This vacation was amazing and I would fully recommend this resort and butler service with the Diamond Club.

Okay, I’m not sure where to start. I came for my birthday and it was nightmare. You’re never able to book dinner at the restaurant because it’s always booked or full. They always run out of towels. No one came to my room for days. They would stop and give towels if I asked but they never came to clean, get food from the night before or anything. I won’t be back.

Restaurants were not good and the servers were slow and not hospitable at all. Room was very nice
