Staff was helpful and professional , check in was fast and easy. Huge thanks to Peter at the front desk for making our stay great

Great reception team, very helpful….hotel looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Beware of parking costs not explained by hotel and as there was a big Ironman event they ran out of bath towels (only hand towels available)

Ich empfinde den Preis für das Frühstück als zu viel. Das Frühstück war zwar gut aber der Preis ist zu hoch dafür. In der Seitenstraße gibt es Cafés wo man für zwei Personen den Preis bezahlt, den im Hotel eine Person zahlen muss.

Excellent location in the beautiful city of Klagenfurt. The room was large, the staff were great. The bonus of the rooftop bar was amazing.

Keskellä kaupunkia, mutta silti hiljainen huone. Hyvät sängyt, siisti ja tilava huone.

Zwei verschiedene Rechnungen keine klare Linie von wem die Rechnung kommt werde mir überlegen in Zukunft noch einmal zu buchen. Hotel finde ich gut Parkplatzsituation insgesamt schlecht

We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff

Hotel nella media, lato negativo la pulizia. A volte la camera non è proprio stata pulita, altre volte in modo approssimativo. La qualità della colazione a mio parere non vale 16€ a testa

Zentral sauber unproblematisch.

Lovely place, comfortable and modern room, really clean. Staff was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with real vegan options. Highly recommended!
