Property was great location.

Our stay was a last minute decision and do not regret any of it. We were expecting sunny weather, which turned out to be overcast, with a few sprinkles of rain but it was warm and more important better than at home. Where torrential storms were creating havoc. The room was clean, the staff were accomodating. Even the food, when we ate there, was better than expected. The Butcher's Cut was awesome! Kelowna is a beautiful place, got together with an old friend and a cousin I had not seen in over 40 years. Plus, we managed to squeeze in a wine tour which was so much fun. Yes, we will be back!

Overall, our stay was relaxing, peaceful, and enjoyable. We like the property to stay and we may stay there future holiday as well.

Nice and clean. Great location (5 minutes to downtown). They provide free drinks and snacks in the lobby which was nice. The only things we did not appreciate is that there was no free parking for guests included in our stay ($16/night). Also, noise from the room above made it difficult to sleep and woke us up during the night. When mentioned to the front desk at checkout, the only compensation was 2 free drink tickets, but we were already leaving Kelowna at this point and there were 6 of us.

We stayed at Hyatt Kelowna for 3 nights and extended an extra night. Honestly the hotel is very clean with great amenities. I would definitely choose Hyatt again and again for every Kelowna visit.

Overall good

Great stay. No complaints. Friendly staff and clean building/rooms. You can head people walking in the floor above, and the doors close super loud but still a 5 star stay.

such a clean hotel, the room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The location overall was pretty close to downtown by drive.

Parking- they have over size parking but full with small cars- they don’t enforce even with signs- had to park on a street a couple blocks away.

Clean place! Nice staff

Thought it was kind of tactless to have signs throughout the building announcing the grand opening of their new rooftop patio and then having it closed to public (not noted anywhere) for the first 3 hours. Way to make your guests feel like unworthy peasants. Otherwise nice, new, clean hotel. One of the better ones in Kelowna but that is a low bar. Near restaurants and shopping but not really walking distance to water or downtown. If you can get a deal for under $300 per night, worth it. They often charge more though and no way is this hotel worth $400 or $500 night.
