한국어를 할 줄 아는 직원이 있었는데, 너무 친절했었습니다. 크리스마스에 미리 예약했는데, 정말 만족했습니다. 찬바람이 조금 붑니다. 외풍ㅠㅠㅠ 조금 추웠어요. 너무너무 방이 예쁘고 좋았습니다. 저녁에는 1층 홀에서 클럽도 여는데, 일본어를 못해서 가지 않았네요. 특별한 숙소였어요. 직원들 모두 친절했습니다.

What a fun and quirky hotel. One of a kind, it felt like. The staff was very helpful and proud of their hotel. Nice restaurants nearby (go to the pizza place!). My only knocks are the price was a little higher than what I paid for other rooms, and it’s a little bit of a walk to what feels like busier Tokyo. Definitely glad we stayed here one night though. My son really liked it.

Lovely little hotel. A bit off the beaten path but worth it!

Such an unique experience - being "part" of an art exhibit. At first I was a little worried about the location, not being in a super busy part of Tokyo. However, once there, the subway system is so convenient that there are stations within a 5 min walk that can take you anywhere. The super market around the corner was great for snacks and gifts to take home as well as the art/paper store just a block away. The front desk staff were very welcoming and I love that you become a patron of the arts just by staying at the hotel. Now I have to go back again to experience another room! :)

Everything at BnA Wall was excellent.

スタッフの方に英語話者の方が多くインバウンド向けのホテルだなと感じました。もちろん日本語も通じる点は問題ありません。 独特な内装で変わった雰囲気があり非日常感を味わいたい時にピッタリだと思います。 朝食はワンプレートディッシュにエスプレッソをいただきました。注文後に手作りするタイプのようで大変美味しかったです。

The hotel was very interesting! I enjoyed all the art work and the staff was super friendly. Would recommend to all art lovers.

周りが静かでいい。 メトロも近く色んなところに行きやすい。 ３泊4日1人で利用しましたが、ちょうどいい広さでした。 2人だと狭いかも。 今まで泊まったことのない雰囲気のホテルでした。 また東京ドーム付近で宿泊となれば利用したいです。

The hotel was very clean. The staff, especially in the evening was extremely nice. The hallways were extremely hot. The air conditioning in my room was unreliable. There were no windows available to be opened so even though the room got very hot and the air conditioning was spotty, the cooler outside couldn’t be let in. The bidet water was scolding hot and couldn’t be used the entire visit.

Very interesting hotel, and in a prime location

Pros - Convenient location, love the artwork in the room, have 2 glass bottles of water. Cons - no TV, tablet doesn’t offer free uses of YouTube TV and Netflix, only 1 USB port to charge one device, take off shoes at the door as most of the area is carpeted, hear other people using water as the water pipe is located at the ceiling of the room, light sleeper not suggested for room 406.

Lovely bespoke environment, very helpful staff

Finally a hotel that is truely unique! Nothing is ordinary with this hotel and makes for a great stay in Tokyo. The staff are also great.

Loved the design of the place and the room was a good size and clean

We loved our stay at BnA. The room was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. The staff is really friendly and the concept of the hotel is really cool. The area is quiet which suited us very well, you can choose to tap in and out of the Tokyo craziness as much as you like. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel, made the most wonderful ramen. No English menu so bring your best Japanese or google translate. I will definitely come back to stay here.
